Absolutely amazing. Great prices, great food, and THEY HAVE THE GOOD DUMPLINGS. Everywhere else switched to the premade frozen gyoza style from the restaurant vendors, but these folks still have the good guotie style dumplings. New favourite Chinese restaurant in Buffalo. Will be ordering from here from now on.

Classic Chinese joint. They just don’t hit the same as most other places. Their sesame chicken was a little soggy not crunchy enough. Their wonton soup just wasn’t all there in terms of flavor. But at the end of the day they got the job done. The lomein was good egg rolls were good and they were fast. Definitely could be WAY WORSE

Ordered takeout Mongolian beef large and this is what I got. Where is the beef? I think they must have thought I wanted Mongolian onion. The portion size is small, the taste is mediocre to bad and the onions were undercooked and cold. Will not be going back for sure.

My first time ordering from China Star and I requested to shrimp fried White rice instead of the yellow rice and they were happy to accomodate me. The rice was great and they were generous with the shrimp too..my egg roll was extra crispy..made for a delicious lunch will order again and update if I need to.
