Everybody says this place was better. Looks like I wasn’t there that time. A couple of times, I took food there it was from meh to average quality. The prices went up recently. I really wish we had nice Asian restaurant in the neighborhood.

I have been going to this restaurant for over 20 years and Use to love the convenience, prices and food. I will NEVER return to this restaurant. The order was wrong and the food was the worse tasting food ever. Everything overcooked. Sauces were bland. Overpriced!!!! I even told the lady she was putting the wrong food in the bag (ordered General Tso) and she put hot and sour sauce in the bag..would not listen. Could not take back since I drove quite a distance for their food. My parents live nearby and said the same thing ”terrible food now”. Tired of spending hard earned money on poor quality food…never again!

First time eating from here. The foods arrived fast & and were Delicious! The order Chicken Egg Foo young for myself, General Toa’s for my teens and crab meat ragoon. The food was Amazing. The tea was delicious. Loved the Egg Rolls! This is my new go to spot! Thanks!

I will never go to this restaurant again! Today was the last straw for me! What I ordered was not what I received! When I got home and noticed that my order was incorrect and overcharged I called. When I called the lady that works the front was talking over me and not listening. I remained calm to get to an understanding. Once driving all the way back and discussing the billing and order the lady at the front was very confrontational, rude, and so mean. I remained calm until she pulled her mask down to yell at me. The man from the back stepped in to de-escalate and she was still talking over him and being mean. This was not the first time she has been rude or mean, but I always let it go. There have been at least three other incidents. In fact she is why I had not been ordering from here like I use to! Today was it for me though! I deserve to be respected! Especially when I am spending my money & referring others! Never, ever, again!! This lady needs anger management & prayer!She does not need to be the one greeting customers! Her customer service & people skills S-U-C-K! …so I still didn’t get to eat! What a bummer!!!

Awful! The quality of their food has declined so much! I know the costs of everything are way up now. Well, then raise the prices of your foods! Instead, they are cheating the customers by lowering the quality! Last week I ordered a quart each of Mongolian chicken and Hunan beef. I practically needed a microscope to find chicken or beef – the dishes were nothing but onion and celery!! I have been a long time customer. No more!

Worst experience ever! I placed my order online and arrived 20 mins later. The woman told me that the food wasn’t ready, to go outside and she will call me when it’s ready. I waited 40 minutes! I finally went back inside and she acted like she’d never seen me before. My food had been sitting waiting for who knows how long. I asked if the food was cold and she touched the bag and said it was hot. I brought the food home and 75% of it was not what I ordered. The food that we did order was terrible! The Egg Foo Young was burnt to a crisp and greasy and of course, everything else was cold and tasted bad (except the Bourbon chicken)! I called to speak to them and the woman kept screaming at me how busy she was and hanging up on me. She hung up three times! DON’T GO HERE!!!

Some of the worst Chinese food I’ve eaten. Greasy, no true Chinese flavoring/spices, and an unhappy woman at the cash register who was rude, no hello, no thank you, never looked me in the eye. Got home to find that my carry out bag did not have my appetizer…didn’t bother driving the 4 miles there and back.
