Great food, it is very hard to find a good Chinese buffet anymore but this is one. We went at lunch and they had everything all the time. Didn’t have to wait for more of anything I wanted to be made and didn’t find any old food either. Everything was good and fresh. I didn’t have much for dessert but the chocolate pudding was great. I would definitely come here again. The waitress came by just when we needed her not to much and not to little.

China Star is in a building that was once a Golden Corral so that goes to show you how big it is it is full of buffet tables that are full of a lot of different foods that you normally don’t see at a Chinese buffet they are Asian meals just not the typical ones you see everywhere you go they have a very elaborate salad bar they have a dessert bar and they have a sushi bar it is freshly made right there in front of you and if that’s not your cup of tea you can get a Hibachi Bowl made also another thing to note the staff are all in uniforms they look very professional they are very polite and respectful and I had no problem keeping my glass full.

Food is restocked timely, well cooked and taste great. China Star offers a buffet with great variety of foods to please customers from freshly cooked veggies, salads, seafood ( shrimps/crabs/crawfish/ steam n fried fish) and Sushi. The buffet it also is kid friendly as well.

So busy, and so many children running around I was very distracted from my meal. The food was average large buffet fare. 15 minute wait to be seated, but staff was very good at handling this huge crowd of people. Every table In the large dining room was in use.

The reviews made me try this place. And let me just say I hate all of you. The roof is leaky, floor sticky, sushi butchered, and the food is nasty. The ribs tasted borderline spoiled. The variety is weird. The best tasting thing on the buffet was the fresh watermelon. I should’ve left when I noticed the staff mainly fixes plates of pizza and fries for themselves. Do not eat here.
