Ordered delivery, food came in acceptable time frame. General Tso’s had no spicy flavor at all, Crab Rangoon had grease dripping out, Two orders of 12 count fried shrimp each only had 10 pieces. Sweet and sour chicken had very bland chicken, was supposed to come with egg rolls for each meal but they were not in the bag with the food. Called in to complain and was flatly told they would include in next order and hung up on without even knowing who I was because they never asked. We have eaten here before, always delivery as we drive truck and delivery works for us. There is always something messed up on our order and we are done, they not only lost a customer but I will tell our other drivers not to waste their time on this food

Lol dont have an issue with this location b/c if you do they will call and harass. Sorry my dad in front of 9 people ordered crabrangoon did they add it no and if you want the free ones they dont offer they say you have to ask? On top of that there have been several times this location has taken our money mine included and you guys still wont bring crab rangoon. Then when i have an issue with this location and call you all out on it you call my phone 4 times. Yall can keep your food next time. Hong kong house is where its at.
