I was looking for a dine in Chinese restaurant in the Nottingham area of Baltimore. I went to several in the area, and they all were only doing take out, including one which had a nice looking dining room. Fortunate for me though, because such restrictions led me to China Taste, and I was rewarded with an exceptional dining experience. China Taste had a lovely, clean dining area which was very comfortable. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and professional. Of course, the taste of the food is what matters most, and China Taste does not disappoint at all. I ordered a Boston Roll for an appetizer along with a Dragon & Phoenix for the main course. Everything tasted exceptionally fresh and was very well made. The chef certainly knows what they are doing and takes pride in their presentations. I will definitely be returning to China Taste for another wonderful dining experience when I am in the Baltimore area again. I highly recommend anyone who has a craving for exceptionally tasty Chinese food to drop by China Taste!

My wife and I have eaten here for years. Jenny is a wonderful person. I consider her a friend. And the servers are always very nice. We currently eat here virtually every Sunday. Lilly serves us wonderfully each week, so pleasant. This is our go-to Chinese restaurant.

My Mom passed away 4 years ago but her Birthday was 7/6. We went to eat her favorite food at China Taste. The lights were turned off while we were in the dining room. Granted it was closing at 10pm but it was only 10:05 and we were getting ready to leave. My concern was my 86 year old father could not see and we had to help him walk out.

I ordered take out, and it had no flavor. The pork lo mein had no flavor, i don’t know how but the egg roll was dry. I was truly disappointed. I may have to go back on the West side for some good Chinese food. “It’s a no for me dawg!”
