I’ve been 3 or 4 times now over the past couple of months, and every time it’s been great. The menu is large and diverse and the food was good as well (though I mostly have tried their various Sichuan dishes). I dined in each time and the workers were very friendly and polite. As a note, looking at the mixed reviews they’ve received in the past, my impression is that they may have had issues with consistent quality in the past, but from my experience they seem to have sorted out any such issues. I would strongly recommend trying them out.

Ordered tea and ice water with our meals and didn’t get water until meal came out. The water was warm without ice the tea didn’t come till I was done eating and the food was cool and not tasty at all! I do not recommend this restaurant!

Went to place an order and headed to pick it up when my bank account got hacked. I called and told them I had to cancel the order and that I was sorry when they decided to call me crazy and be nasty to me. Horrible customer service. A lot of people just wouldn’t have called or picked it up I was trying to be nice but all I got was complete disrespect. They have lost our business. We have been coming here for years so it is rather unfortunate.

This was my first time ordering at Chinatown and I got an order of egg rolls, shrimp lo mein, pork fried rice, and fried dumplings. I’ve eaten a lot of Chinese food and the lo mein honestly tastes like someone ran the noodles under water. No sauce, or seasoning used. Not muted flavour, there was no flavour. Same deal with the egg rolls.

This was the first time I ate from this restaurant. I love Chinese food and I am normally particularly fond of Noodles in Brewer but for the time being had to choose elsewhere. I absolutely hated this food from here. Food tasted old, weird and cold. I will NEVER eat here again. Making my stomach curl. Oh and when I called to let them know my food was cold they said what do you want us to do about it, I said well what can you do? The person I was talking to was silent. Then she was like I can give you a discount the next time you order. NEVER EVER WILL I EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. Awful customer service and food.

My family have been regular customers here for over 12 years. Best Chinese food around! We are always told 30 minutes for delivery and it always comes in 20 to 30 minutes…hot The competitors in Bangor are no longer in the running…they are sub par. Pu Pu for 2 for $15…with lots of quantity and quality. They have never gotten an order wrong. I highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
