WHAT A JOKE! ORDERED FOOD TO PICKUP RIGHT AFTER LUNCH TIME. ORDERED KRAB RANGOON, HOT AND SOUR SOUP, AND CHICKEN WITH SNOW PEAS. CAME HOME AND OPENED IT UP. THE RICE CONTAINER WAS THIS TINY “Barbie” SIZED CONTAINER AND THE CHICKEN WITH SNOW PEAS CONTAINER IS ONE -THIRD THE SIZE AS IT USED TO BE. I FULLY UNDERSTAND INFLATION; however, rice is one of the least expensive food items on the planet. I could even understand the small container of chicken but THE RICE?! And the flavors are mediocre at best.

Food and service were “OK”. I noticed a “processing fee” of 4% – not sure what for though because it applied whether you selected the cash or credit card option when ordering online. This is the 2nd restaurant I’ve noticed where they added a fee for doing business with them (the other one was a fee for ordering at the takeout counter!).

I’ve been coming to this play for a long time now but lately it’s been disappointing. I order a chicken and broccoli and only got 4 pieces of chicken don’t get me wrong I like my broccoli but come on it should be Half of each.

This is our favorite Chinese takeout. The Crab Rangoon is the best- very creamy. They’ve never made a mistake in an order. Service is friendly and on time. I even showed up early and they made the order immediately. Only “complaint” is that whether I order the General Tso mild, med or hot- it’s always mild. But so good I add my own spice at home.

I had delivery on 1/23 and got a receipt for $26.57, then looked at my bank account. Chinatown charged me $52.27! I called them and got nowhere with the man that answered. He was evasive with his answers blaming DoorDash for the overcharge. I will NEVER again!!!

This is the best Chinese Food in Bonita Springs, and it’s not even close! Their egg rolls are perfect and they are legitimately the only place I have ever ordered General Tso from and asked for it very very spicy, and has actually done that. It’s also always ready for pick up in minutes and the prices are in line with everyone else. Highly recommend!
