Been coming here just under a year and haven’t had any complaints! Conveniently close to home, and decent prices for whenever I need a quick grab for dinner. [8 WINGS AND FRIED RICE COMBO FOR $11??? BIG WIN!!] Service is ALWAYS excellent! I place an online order, they catch every detail, and it’s HOT AND READY just in time for me when I pick up. The lady at the front register is always nice and professional and seems to always know exactly which order is specifically mine (I come here way too often)

Ok so I get this is a grab and go spot not a sit down and I am truly sorry if they dont have enough workers however the young lady at the front could have a better attitude. I can get soup and rangoons from Hyvee with better service. Let talk food iv had food from here many times and over the years quality has gone down. Sometime rice is cold and not broke up sometime onion in fried rice and uncooked and sometime shrimp are a bit under. All I wanted was Wonton Soup and rangoons. South has noooo color and nooo flavor taste like barley season water with some large very bland wonton. Meat inside was tasteless and I couldn’t get through even one. I ordered extra wonton strips as I like crunch. even these are hard and taste stale. Rangoons are fresh but very greasy and could use a oil change they were a but dark. Top this with quality issue and an unfriendly cashier/cook and I wont be back.

I’m was displeased. Kind of had second thoughts upon entering the door to a faint smell of bad plumbing or food in the air. The shrimp fried rice was pretty mediocre and the chicken wing tasted on the verge of spoiling. If I’m lying I’m dying…did not finish food and cut my losses. Only thing I ate last night and I’m doing this review in “The office” I would not recommend.

I went here and had to pay for sauce that was once free, then was given no soy sauce. the food was horrible. paid for extra meat in my entree and was given the same size we tray as my other entree without extra meat and it was the a and amount. I had 6 shrimp in my fried rice that were smaller than the size of a dime. I used to go here often and will not return. I am very disappointed. also the noodles were dry that went with my beef and shrimp noodles and did nit get any shrimp
