Ordered dine in dinner and I got the Beef Chow Fun and Mongolian Lamb and some sake for my husband. It was fantastic, super delicious and the mongolian lamb was so flavorful and a good amount of spicy. Dine in wasn’t too busy since it was Mother’s Day, but a lot of people were getting to-go orders. The workers were kind and there were great views from the dining room, even the decorations in the whole restaurant were beautiful. All around 10/10, so happy we tried this place out!

Excellent! I first visited China Villa about six months ago and have been eating there or getting take out nearly every week since then. Terrific food, beautiful decor, friendly people, and nice location on the water. Great vegan options.

This place needs a refresh. The decor is nice and the staff is nice enough (though varries from day to day). The food is not great through. After trying several of their signature dishes, it lacks the fresh taste and spice you find in more successful Chinese restaurant food. To the restaurant manager: Please work on adding more flavor to your food. Your business will do much better with it.

Family gathering brought me here. Nice setting in Alameda, next to water isle peaceful scenery outside restaurant. Service is 4 stars. Food above average for American Chinese menu, however, do not expect authentic Chinese flavors. My mother thought Crab Puffer is made of real crab (but it’s just wanton skin filled with cheese that somewhat resembles crab claws). Will recommend as great nice atmosphere for group gathering but not for foodies.

Yum, yum, yum, the garlic chicken wings are finger licking good. The skin is perfectly crunchy. Once you bite into the golden crunchy skin, you are met with moist and tender chicken meat. Now I know why people order the garlic chicken wings by the tray full. You can get them spicy or non-spicy.

The food was pretty good! I like their Kong-Pao Chicken and sorted chow-mein. Usually the service was nice. But the waiter who took our orders was very impatient and couldn’t really understand our desired dishes. We ended up with wrong dishes. Normally we would ask them to correct the mistake. It was 2 o’clock already and near their afternoon break, so we just swallowed it anyway. Later, we asked for doggy bags, he, instead of packing the left over for the customers, he just simply threw 2 boxes for 3 dishes and 1 soup for us to pack our ourselves. We finally got another young guy who kindly and courteously packed all the dishes for us. I hope their manager would would see this article and made the improvement for the service of this certain individual.
