I’m writing my review after being here twice. Our first time here, we ordered one kung pao chicken and two szechuan pork, with spring rolls and one soup. We really liked it! The spring rolls were great, but the soup was better in our experience. Not too starchy, has enough solids, and all around very good. I recommend picking the soup for the lunch or dinner combos because it’s quite good. Second time around, we ordered the spare rib, hot and spicy pork, general tso’s chicken, and chicken lo mein. The food was awesome – again. Spare ribs were a little bit dry on sauce but the taste was there. The meat itself was also well cooked – a genuine surprise, as spare ribs from Chinese takeout has rarely been a good experience for me.

First off the sesame chicken is divine. The flavor is sweet without being over the top sweet. Chicken was really crispy. The beef and broccoli was full of flavor, meat was tender and veggies were not soggy. The fried rice that came with the combination plate was kinda bland and nothing special. It was not bad by any means just ok.

Extremely rude lady answered the phone! There was no reason for her to be so rude and hostile. I was trying to place an order and was polite with her. I ended up canceling my order right there and then, telling her I am a paying customer and there is no reason for her to speak to me the way she was speaking to me. If there was any miscommunication or misunderstanding, it should’ve been cleared there and then. But no, she hung up on me. Took my business elsewhere. Unfortunate being that China Wok is so close to me.

I ordered a couple days ago from China wok. I ended up finding an insect in my food. Absolutely disgusting. Please avoid, I will never eat from here again. Upon calling to complain, the lady on the phone told me that “she knows and that she might have let the door open”. This is ridiculous

Tried for the first time. I loved the hot and sour soup it was the best I ever had. Didn’t like the scallion pancakes found them very oily. The BBQ boneless spareribs were good but you get a lot in the pint size. I over ordered. The Sesame Chicken was amazing. Next time I’m going to try something else because fried foods aren’t good for me. Maybe Shrimp and vegetables are next up. Overall I’m happy.

Not fine dining as posted before, BUT the staff is friendly and the only thing separating this from fine dining is the location and price. Fine dining is a farce in my book anyway. Food is always great and I never get sick even though I have a VERY sensitive stomach.
