It is a family like restaurant. The service is very good and the owner is so nice! We ordered douhua Yu, Peking duck and shizi tou. The taste is very authentic. There are a lot more foods in the menu we want to try in the future. I will take my friends to this place next time.

The restaurant is not very clean. The table and glasses were dirty and there was a hair on the sauce that they brought to the table for the crab ragoons. Only upside is the duck was pretty good. Definitely won’t be visiting again.

I’m giving 5-stars for my dinner experience here and I have absolutely no shame about it. This is not just any “China Wok” as the name suggests this establishment to be a casualty of time. I can only assume most other customers are looking for some Michelin-level fancy food adorned with endangered species of flower, plants, or meat, which just seems like a crime against honest good food. This is an old-school Cantonese restaurant where I’d be proud to introduce to the late A. Bourdain {RIP} if one was looking to find something authentic & original around the Tyson’s area.

Food is mediocre. It’s decent but compared to other places in the area, there are better options. Price is cheap which can be good but you get what you pay for. Crispy Wontons are better at Panda, Sweet and Sour Chicken was good, but Egg Drop Soup was only somewhat decent. Overall the place is fine for a quick bite but not ideal.

I had not eaten at China Wok in over year so I decided today to order from them being that i have enjoyed their food in the past. I ordered beef and green peppers and a order of spring rolls. My spring rolls were over cooked and dry. When I took a bite the cabbage tasted like it had been soaked in vinegar. It was so nasty. I couldn’t finish it so i threw it away. The beef and green peppers was also overcooked the onions were slightly burnt along with the beef but, trying to be a good sport I tasted it anyway and it was awful. It tasted as bad as it looked. It had the taste of seafood or shrimp like it had been cooked in oil or sauce that they use to fry fish or cook fish with. After a few more bites I couldn’t take it anymore, and I had to throw it away as well. I cant remember the last time I had to throw food away that I ordered because it tasted so bad but, this was God awful. I am so disappointed because their food was really excellent in the past when I ordered from there. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them again.

This family run restaurant serves delicious food without attidude or high prices. We always get the lo mein, hot and sour soup and Peking duck. Absolutely fresh and delicious.

I would rate this restaurant a 4.5 out of 5. The waiters and staff are friendly and served us promptly. The duck was one of the better places and priced accordingly. I initially thought that the Singapore rice noodle dish was small, but we were only able to finish half as there was plenty of meats and vegetables within the dish. I was surprised that when we arrived around noon there was only 1 other table seated, but by the time we lest there were several diners being served. Definitely a great place to have lunch for the weekend. Also popular for take out, as there were several orders picked up while we were dining.
