Ordered For the first time yesterday 12/25/22. Had order delivered, other than my credit card being declined (for whatever reason, I have PLENTY of balance available) everything went smoothly. Order arrived on time and HOT! Large portions,VERY flavorful! Will definitely order from them again!!

So ordered chow mein. No noodles. Was cool with that figured they might be busy and forgot so I called. But the lady answered and stated yelling at me that she put the noodles in there healed over and an over. Heard someone in the back talking to her and she was yelling at the guy then told me “ I gave you noodles.” Then hung up on me!! Yeeeeahhh you didn’t and that’s not very professional at all. I get having a moment but wow. Went up there to get it fixed and even more of a problem!!! Apparently customers do NOT come first if this woman is working!!!

There was a reason why I haven’t been here in decades! The food is still not great! I went out on a limb because they are at my corner and ordered chicken fried rice, teriyaki chicken, and an egg roll; the rice wasn’t cooked enough and hard, the teriyaki wasn’t done all the way, and the egg roll was not crispy and had no cabbage in the mixture I will definitely not go back!!

I cannot speak for the rest of the food. But the crab rangoons are chewy, bland and were cold (grabbed them out of the fryer as myself the only customer walked in ) and the egg rolls tasted as if they were fried in the same grease as fish or it was just very old grease, while I love fish I am not too fond of fish flavored greased fried pork egg rolls, thankfully I have no fish/seafood allergy still had to throw the whole thing away would not feed it to my dog. And thank you for handing my order and walking away to the back after I signed my cc slip. I did not want soy sauce or anything else like that especially a napkin or plastic utensils you do not offer in the dining room.

I received my order and my egg rolls were missing. When I called the lady tried to give me a free soda instead on my next order. No I paid for them, I don’t have them. So they sent me new ones and when they arrived they were completely burnt. This is not the first time they have done something like this but it is the last!! Get it together or get out of the industry.

Service wasnt bad to me, and delivery was accurately on time. Prices were quite reasonable and the presentation was nice. The food however was tasteless, sweet and sour chicken was all breaded and tasted like old grease. The sesame chicken was tough and cold. The rice was terrible and left a bad tang in mouth. The honey chicken was hard and chewy at the same time. Not a good combination. General Taos despite being spicy was quite bland tasting. The only part about the food I enjoyed was the egg rolls, and I’m not even sure if they were good or just good in comparison to the rest of the food I had just tasted. It’s a shame, but I do not think I will be giving this place another shot.
