I placed a pickup order over the phone, was a fine typical experience, this review has nothing to do w/the customer service (b/c that was just fine). It was the food…….. the sweet-n-sour chicken dinner that I got (2 of), the chicken was so hard from being overcooked that even my dogs didn’t even wanna eat it. The rice would have been good had it had any flavor to it.

We moved to this area from Palm Beach county and have been looking for a Chinese restaurant up here. We tried this because it was close by. I have never, ever felt compelled give a restaurant a bad review because I know tastes are different and people working in restaurants work hard. But this food was just BAD! The pan fried dumplings- I don’t know what they really were, I had to spit it out. They looked like a gray-brown color and were wrinkly like intestines. The Wonton soup was bland and the wontons were rubbery. The House Lo Mein just had no flavor. My husband had House fried rice and just didn’t like and his Spring Rolls were stringy and bland and he pulled some long black stringy thing from his mouth.

A few coworkers and I ate here last night and we did not get what we ordered and paid for. I ordered house Lomein w/shrimp egg foo yung, but I was given stale house fried rice with little meat. My coworkers orders shrimp egg rolls and none of them had shrimp inside, only cabbage! DONT EAT HERE! Wok & Roll is much better and fresher. #NeverAgain

It’s just ok. Little cheaper than other places. I ordered Beef lo mein and Mogolian beef. Key ingredients for Mongolian beef are green onions and onions. They use cabbage instead of green onion, and very little onion. It was not Mogolian beef at all. They should have named Cabbage beef. It was not spicy either

I’ve eaten here before the pandemic. The food then was good but like most other places, the quality has gone down. I ordered sweet and sour chicken with pork fried rice. What I got was what seemed like old chicken possibly fried or refried in old grease. It had a dark color and was not tender. Just not what I had expected. And the pork fried rice had a burnt taste to it. Not happy with my meal choice today. Will I go back? I don’t think so. My suggestion to the owners is if it doesn’t look delicious and fresh, don’t serve it.

I bought large $8.87 Pork fried rice. I counted only 6 tiny 4 mm size bits of pork. I think the female cashier who cooked it ate the pork while I waited outside. The taste of this food stinks. Don’t waste your time money, no flavor. They should be ashamed to be called China Wok. Nothing Chinese tasting about their tasteless food

These are some really good Chinese people and I have to admit I had a bit of a Prejudice before this because I’ve had bad experiences at other Chinese restaurants but I really like these people and I really like the food. Yes, prices have gone up quite a bit, just like everywhere else, so I can’t complain too much but it has caused me to stop going there as much. Nevertheless I like these people I like their business. One time I accidentally left my ID up there for some reason, the next day around 10:30 at night I had a knock on my door. It was the man who took my order and he handed me my ID. I went to try and give him a few dollars in return for is trouble but he wouldn’t take it .What a nice thing to do, I was only a mile away from the store if so it wasn’t a very hard drive I understand but I still appreciate the hell out of that.
