That’s literally all there was on my dinner plate of beef and brocoli and I payed for extra beef…and the u use the cheapest beef for sandwiches and turned into this. There wasn’t even sauce on my ish…no wonder my sister keeps telling me to stay away from this place. And I decided to give them a chance. Never again. Just sloppy.

My family has eaten here a few times. To be honest I’d have to say it’s not the best Chinese food but yet we’ve eaten here more then twice. I noticed the last time we ate here they had raised the prices. The website use to have a ton of issues, however it seems they have created a new website and seems to be working much better. I wouldn’t say the food is worth the price, yet again like I said my family has eaten here more then twice so I wouldn’t say it’s horrible, just not the best. The egg rolls are in my opinion the best food available here. Pictures are of the dinner combination that comes with egg roll or other options. Most dinner combinations are around $8-9.

Paid for extra shrimp with an order of the House Special with shrimp, chicken, pork, fried rice. Received approximately 7 shrimp in the entire order. The only reason I ordered extra shrimp was the previous time resulted in a little bit of shrimp for the amount of rice. I will not be patronizing China Wok again! I did expect to receive a complete order!

Ordered 2 orders of the General Tso chicken. When we picked it up, and opened the container to this heap of hard, dry and tasteless food. When we asked for a side of the sauce to kind of remedy a portion of the problems with the food, we were told it would cost an additional dollar. Then we were told they would not run our debit card, fir less than 5.00, so that we could buy the sauce. I will never give this restaurant my money again. Never again will I come to this establishment. There are too many restaurants in Seminole county who will appreciate my money.

I don’t understand the poor ratings from this place, I go here a lot and the food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. The customer service from the counter may not be 100%, because it’s teenagers they hired to speak English to help, and for many of them, it’s probably their first job. They are nice though, thank you as you leave, and welcome you when you come in. Best prices around honestly. I can get 10 Krab Rangoons for under $5 even. Delivery is super fast, and it’s only $1. I go 15 minutes out of my way to get here, and it is definitely worth it. I love their lo mein, and they also offer online ordering!! For lunch, you can get a protein, lo mein, and a soup for under $10, and the portions are great!! Also, there are a decent amount of people who actually eat inside as well, there’s booths and tables for seating. Probably not the best images of their food, but they are definitely more than a 3 star Chinese place, and they give you a few cookies (almond or something) along with fortune cookies in your bag. They are definitely worth a try, and you get your money’s worth.

The manager does not care about meeting customers satisfaction at all only his pocket.Everyone has different tastes of what they like and or dislike. The mei fun and the crab Rangoon are very nasty at China Wok and at other Chinese restaurants for example China star makes the best ones in my opinion . I am not the only person that thinks so . He failed to resolve this in a professional manner.

I have to say I have eat most Chinese restaurants and so far this is the one place I like for a few reasons like how they keep the place clean also take the covid-19 really seriously signs are up plastic covering the counter, hand sanitizer bottle for all to use on the counter and masks on the employees the food I have to say great they dont drown the food with oil but I have to see so I order one thing that most Chinese restaurants tend to fail on is the egg roll but here at Chine Wok theres no words to explain except delicious cook in perfection you just need to stop by and try for your self I well definitely come again when I’m around the area again.
