I ordered food by phone and went to go pick it up. And it was not ready and i paid the merchant for the food and he told me it was going to be 5 minutes. I was waiting for like, 45mins 50 mins I got up to ask her for the food And they never made the food. Ask them to give me my money back They said it was a process to give me the money back I told them you were Quick to take my money this is Bad place bad business would never go to this place again. Their food sucks and service sucks.

We have been going here for over three years and this place has been the best Chinese take out within 10 miles of Sun City Center that we have found. However, our order last Sunday afternoon was awful. It was very surprising how bad the three entrees we ordered were. The orange chicken was so heavily battered it seemed like flour on top of flour with no chicken. The homestyle bean curd was burnt and covered in gobs of brown sauce/Hoisin sauce. It was inedible. The Singapore Chow Mei Fun was over curried and watery and over salted. The entire dish was not finished enough in the wok for final service. I hope this is simply training up a new chef or a one off bad day as I have enjoyed this take out for a long time. I will go back but if I have another poor experience like this I will be looking elsewhere.

Got home to eat my food only to open my sweet and sour sauce and find this. What good is that going to do me with the amount of chicken they gave me? Check your sauces before you leave the restaurant.

Went there today and the food is going downhill fast. On top of the fact they are giving WAYYY less food than before. Can you just increase the price and give me the same portion instead of skimping on my food?? In addition the sweet and sour chicken did not taste or LOOK fresh at all. Please tell me what is that? Looks like it’s at least a week old. I have to find a new spot. This is ridiculous.
