There is a saying that the less customer service at an Asian restaurants, the better the food is (I’m Asian, and I have noticed that, because the less they are aware of western customs the more likely they make authentic food ). Anyway, they were very rude, did not seem interested in my order, and acted like I was bothering them. But the food was very good , I ordered chicken with mixed vegetables and the chicken was tender, sauce was flavorful and vegetable very fresh. So there you go. You may get irritated with them but the food is good. Not sure how it’s benefitting them to be so rude though ♀️, looks like that’s the main complaint from everyone.

I didn’t even get to try food. Ordered some things for pickup, and as soon as I gave them my order and phone number, they just hung up. No timeframe, no confirmation that I ordered, not even a bye. Just hung up. Got there, just hoping they had my order, and they did; but failed to tell me they don’t take card payments. I don’t carry cash for safety purposes. So I left empty handed and will not be back. The service is AWFUL. Not worth giving your time to. The place is disgustingly dirty and smelled like rotten fish and you couldn’t hear anyone through their barrier.

I’ll start out by saying the food was delicious. Some of the better Chinese I’ve had in a while. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they messed up our order and gave me a Lo Mein instead of a fried rice and the lady was pretty dismissive and rude throughly our whole interaction.

Out of several menu items. Cashier very rude. Took “FOREVER” Still waiting, lol! Order was wrong. Every customer before me had problems with their orders. Poorly lit. Menu hard to see through old dirty plexiglass separating cashier from customers. Talk to cashier through speaker and microphone. Get food through a bank drive through type homemade drawer. Bathrooms boarded up. Would not recommend even to people I don’t like!

Not sure I should review them because when we went in, we discovered it is cash only – so we never ordered. I had cash, but I also noticed I didn’t see any restaurant licenses, or inspections. It made me wonder if it’s cash-only for tax evasion reasons- AT FIRST – then I thought, they’re not trying to be known as a legal restaurant at all maybe? Are they concerned about being inspected? What exactly are they serving or doing that they don’t want to be recognized as a restaurant? Maybe it’s just money, fees, taxes, merchant fees, etc. Or maybe it’s something they don’t want known. Now that I’ve gotten that in my head, I’ll never try then. I agree with the others, rude service- and online it says they do take cards.

We have been tracking our receipts, and whenever the boy checks us out, it is always $5.00 more than it should be. Ask for a receipt because you WILL pay more then you should!

It’s good food but it’s not outstanding. I hate the device used to speak through the plastic barrier. Hard to hear people. Also wouldn’t hurt to be a little more cheerful.
