Been passing by this China Wok Restaurant for YEARS, finally decided to give it a try. Kinda between Oriental Garden and Panda Express. Ordered the Shrimp and vegetables plate, came with fried rice and an egg roll, choice of canned soda. Plate was plentiful, 8 large and tasty shrimp, broccoli and sliced carrots in a tasty brown sauce. Two scoops of fried rice, fluffy and well cooked, egg roll had a crispy, flaky outside with veggies inside, quite tasty. Overall, a good lunch change of pace. All areas were clean, friendly staff and small but comfortable eating area. A quick look at other table plates, definitely no small portions served here, they want you to leave with a full belly! Worth a try. Treat yourself!

I was craving some Timmy Chan’s and since there is none in Spring, I decided to try this place that advertises “wings and rice”

Ordered drive thru around 9pm on a Friday night. They take the order quickly and the worker is very friendly. The prices are good. Fried rice was warm and the egg rolls were good. I would recommend the general Tso chicken or sweet and sour pork. I’ll be back.

Sure do miss the old owners. They were so great friendly, great food , great portion this new place. I don’t think it’s gonna make it. I wish them luck but not my kind of food. It’s not the same. I probably won’t be going back. I miss the old owners. They work so hard every day whole family. They deserve a great break. I hope they got a lot of money to retire.

The restaurant was remodeled in June 2023, the old owners sold to new owners, the menu was revamped and the name changed to China Wok. There are fewer tables inside, the soft drinks are in cans now (but you can still get iced tea in plastic cups with free refills). The price is still cheap–$8.99 for your meat, two huge heaps of really dull fried rice, a small egg roll (smaller than the old one) and your drink. I’d give four stars except the fried rice is not good–tastes like white rice with the tiniest amount of soy sauce added to make it slightly brownish. The meats were fine, similar to how they were under the old owners. I wish the new owners good luck; I think they have to improve the fried rice.

Very large servings, always delicious, I had the chicken chow mein, pork fried rice and I also ordered the biscuits but I wouldn’t recommend there was no sugar on them and they weren’t sweet. I also got the fried ckn for the Appetizer and they were very good.

This mom and pop-esque Chinese restaurant couldn’t serve a better dinner for 9 bucks, entree, egg roll, and a can of soda, that’s gold. Not too greasy, it’s not perfect, but sometimes you need some stir fry or fried rice in a overly sized to go box, and it hits the spot. Looks can be deceiving and this is one of them but they’re friendly, quick, and eager to quickly stuff you up for 20 minutes before you want seconds. Good stuff.

Used to love this place until the new owners took over. General Tso Chicken was overcooked, chewy and had no flavor. Egg rolls are tiny and flavorless (probably because there’s very little inside them), no sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce provided thru drive thru. And to top it off, they raised their prices by about 30%. I won’t be going back!

My husband and I wanted to try a new place since we moved to Texas. We love Chinese food and this place was the nearest restaurant. I tried the orange chicken and it was so delicious! The chicken and everything had a savory flavor. I recommend trying orange chicken! My husband tried the chicken fried rice. He said it had a great flavor and everything was cooked just right for him! We also tried the buffalo wings. It had a good price for 8 wings. It was sweet and not very spicy! We weren’t a big fan of super duper spicy things! So these was good juicy spicy wings. Last thing I tried was a boba mango smoothie. They use frozen fruits and fresh ingredients! The boba was chewy and the mango just has a fantastic texture and taste. My husband tasted the boba tea since he’s a fan of boba tea. He said the boba was soft and able to go through the straw. The tea was not strong and just the right taste. Overall, I think I like best that is had a reasonable price that the combo of the food was $9.75. You get what you payed for. With a egg roll and a free soda. My husband and I will definitely come back here ordering different other items on the menu! Great restaurant!
