Exactly what I expected for the price, Mongolian BBQ was limited, but everything tasted great! Family friendly as well. My daughter spilled a plate and the waitress saw and came right away. Didn’t seem upset and was very helpful. Service was even better than the food. The pepper steak was my favorite!

Great food and our server was absolutely awesome!!!! He was so nice and gave my wife a discount after she got sick because she’s a bariatric patient and she can only eat a small amount and has to eat slow or she’ll get sick…case in point…but he was understanding and he also gave us an invitation to a meeting for us to get a $150 visa just for being at the meeting! The food was just absolutely wonderful!!!! Highly recommend this place!!!! Two thumbs up!!!!

It was horrible. We had been told by others it was not good but we had to try for ourselves. Also always looking for good places to suggest to our guests who visit our hotel. We got there between 4 and 5. Only 1 other couple there. The food was burnt or dry. Unstirred I could not even cut the egg foo young without the use of knife and fork. The best part of the small buffet was the lettuce and celery. I dont like to write negative reviews but I cannot lie about a visit. Try at your own risk.

Food tasted ok but my Togo order was wrong. I ate it anyway. Wish I hadn’t. I spent the next 2 hours in the bathroom. Thank goodness we have two bathrooms, my wife got sick too .

So we decided to visit this restaurant based on the fact that it advertised a Mongolian grill and being that the only other Mongolian grill was up in Springfield we decided to take a chance. The place was not very busy so we were seated immediately. Looking at the offerings available for the grill section was very limited and to get something grilled you had to ring a bell that was so full of grease the ringing mechanism would not work. Once who I would assume was the owner came over and banged on the bell 5 times until it worked a gentleman appeared from the back to cook our food. He was very friendly and made sure it was cooked to our liking and I will say he cooked it to perfection. While we were waiting for him to finish cooking our selections we decided to visit the buffet. Most of the buffet items were not very appealing and looked like they had been sitting most of the day. The food I did try was “OK” but nothing to write home about. I get the feeling that Branson is somewhat losing it’s lackluster making room for corporate entities to come in and it is affecting these small business owners, so I genuinely felt sorry for the gentleman running this establishment, wondering how he is surviving. There were only two other customers in the hour we were there. The server we had was non-existent and the gentleman running the Ticket Booth had to fill in for her refilling drinks and ringing out orders. Unless there is a big turnaround in service and quality I unfortunately will not be back.

Must be new owners. We have been here before and it was nothing like this. Desserts were pre-packaged great value cookies and jello. Not much food selection. Food was old and you can tell because the breading on the food was soggy and peeling off into the sauce. Place was very warm, not comfortable to eat. Will not be back.

when i first walked in, i noticed immediately how hot it was. it wasn’t unbearable, but definitely uncomfortable. the food was okay, but seemed like it had been sitting out for a while and there wasn’t much variety. i thought the customer service was pretty good until i saw they had charged us twice for our meals. also, the cleanliness could have been better. overall, not a great experience

Really disappointed. Been there many times over the years and now it is almost like a new owner. We always loved the popcorn shrimp with the sweet cream sauce, now they are using coconut fried shrimp. The sesame chicken had a burnt taste. Bar-b-Que ribs, tough as shoe leather. The fried mozzarella sticks were cold and slimy. They did not have the regular noodles but now have rice noodles, very disappointed. The fried rice is not the fried rice like they had before. The fried rice didn’t even look like fried rice and had a lid on it to keep the heat in but also keeps all the moisture in, was almost like eating chunky paste. I would always go back 2 or 3 times, but once did it for me. I don’t think the air conditioner was working, they had on window air conditioner for this 2,000 square foot room and fans. They used to have self serve soft ice cream now they have a small freezer with those little paper cups of ice cream. The desert bar was nothing but opened packages of stale cookies. The waitress was great and the water was cold.

When the new owners first took over the food was actually better than it used to be. But we went back today and it was absolutely terrible. Our first complaint was there was no sushi or hibachi grill. Then we realized they replaced the hibachi and their great selection of fruit with great value cookies. There were literally atleast 15 rows of low quality cookies. We also realized they had almost nothing else that looked appetizing to us. There was no white rice, the fried rice looked like it had been sitting out for hours. As did many of the other dishes. We had already started loading plates so we decided to try the food we had grabbed…it was awful. The chicken was dry and the egg drop soup was extremely watery. I spoke to the manager about our disappointment and she said “well you should have checked to see if you wanted the food before you took a plate.” I explained that we had been there many times before and had never had a bad experience before. She still did not care and did not want to give us any discount. The only thing she did for us was the 10 percent local discount (which we would have gotten anyway). We will NEVER eat here again.

When they first opened I tried it and it was pretty chaotic. Seems like they have worked out the kinks. The food is awesome and they have much better staff than before. I love the Mongolian grill. You can get anything you want!
