Sizzling hot plates, had elk sizzling hot plate, it was a large serving size and can feed two people. Pair that with a bowl of rice and you’re done. Considering how much meat is in the dish the price was very reasonable for the type of meat. Elk tasted like beef.

The five stars are all going to our great servers. The food is minus three stars. The worst food I have had in my entire experience. The beef noodle soup has both terribly tasted beef and noodle. I have no idea how to make beef this terrible. They tasted like soaked cotton. The fried rice has strange chicken and okay shrimp! Therefore, if you have to go to this one, please choose shrimp please!!!

Don’t get scared away by the google rating. The service is excellent and the servers are friendly and willing to recommend and explain dishes even when it’s very busy. We ordered four dishes with four bowls of rice and it all gradually came within 15 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. The food was spiced well and very tasty. However, the building itself left a lot to be desired. Low ceiling and cramped area, but the food more than made up for it. I recommend the sesame beef dish

I’m not sure what the bad reviews are about. This place is great!! We we’re definitely skeptic because of the bad reviews. But we decided to give it a try because they were able to accommodate a table for 12. The food was delicious and came out really fast! The employees were very friendly! The ambiance is not the best, but honestly it’s not bad at all. It’s just a normal small business place! I will definitely return here next time we come to Yellowstone! I see a lot of reviews bash on the 15% tip. But this is normal for the majority of restaurants in this town. Also a lot of foreigners who aren’t used to tipping don’t tip! So they are forced to do this to make ends meet. The pricing is already reasonable with the tip included!

The flavor is rich despite the interior is simple. I noticed this restaurant has been standing for over 20 years, and it is well justified by their food and service quality. I particularly recommend Chicken & Spinach and Beancurd with vegetables.

15% gratuity is already included, so check your bill before adding tips. I’m not complaining about it though. I usually tip 20-30% depending on service and such system is understandable since many foreigners might not tip.
