Horrible! We ordered here and for lack of a better term it was gross. We use to frequent this restaurant and never had any complaints. Today ordered sesame Chicken and orange chicken and it was literally the same plate, but one had sesame seeds sprinkled on top and it looked like it was breaded rolled in hot sauce. The Singapore noodles? Just drained and placed in the plate. Called to inquired and the “manager” refused to talk to me said to the host he wasn’t going to give us a refund. He couldn’t even see what he could do to fix our discontent. I asked for his name and he didn’t want to give it to the host, said I needed to go in person, and told her in Spanish to hang up. The host said she felt bad and that she would send something comparable to the price we paid for the three plates. Two hours later still nothing, they never showed up.

I’ve been ordering from here for years and have always had excellent customer service and great food. I recently got a shellfish allergy and can not consume any food that is cooked in the same oil as shellfish (NOT ALL RESTAURANT COOK WITH DIFFERENT OIL) I learned this by having a very bad reaction. When I called to ask if they use the same oil the lady was very kind and not rude or rushed like other place I have called before. She assured me that they clean the pan after every dish cooked. I always order my dishes extra crispy and they have never gotten it wrong. I highly recommend to eat here

This was our go to restaurant for take out Chinese food for over 7 years and we ordered 1-2 times a month. The quality has slowly declined and recently the portion sizes were slashed dramatically. An order that used to easily feed our family of four (with leftovers) may only feed 2-3 now.

This place used to be great a few years ago. The food always tasted fresh and delicious. Now, it’s all mushy and bland like cheap frozen food. Worst of all, the fried rice now tastes exactly the way a horse smells. We will never eat there again.

We usually order from here once a month and is pretty good, kids love the pineapple chicken with combo rice and almond chicken is good too. Quick delivery depends on the day you order. Haven’t had an issue and will keep ordering.

Great food and have never had an issue with their delivery. Love their Egg Drop Soup and Chicken Egg Rolls. We generally order several things for the family (Orange chicken, Beef Broccoli, Sweet/Sour Chicken, etc) but whatever we do, we always order the egg drop soup and the Chicken Egg Rolls. Have never been disappointed with our meal.

There’s a young girl who answers the phones and is at the front register who is horrible to customers! She cursed me out for returning food that I did not order. This happened in front of other customers as well! If you want someone who screams obscenities at you and threatens you, then this is the place. I’ll never go in or order from them again. I’ll take my hard earned money and dignity elsewhere. And the food isn’t great… very stale and too greasy. Dine at your own risk!

Horrible food and customer service. Our food was flavorless and tasted microwaved. Called to tell them and the girl who answered said I could bring it back to get something else. That we are the only ones who have complained today and that it was us, not them. I wanted a refund and said to bring the recipe tomorrow and talk to the manager. She said she isn’t allowed to give refunds. I asked for a manger, she said the manager is out town until tomorrow then she hung up in me. So we are stuck with awful food, a bad experience, and a waste of 40 dollars. Save your time and money people.

The food was just OK. I ordered a delivery from them, they advertised that you get a soda with every $25 dlls purchase, we ordered $60 dlls worth of food and did not receive any free soda (actually, we were missing an order of rice that we realized was missing hours after). The delivery person was rude and did not even got out of his car, my husband had to go pick up the food in the street. 2 of the boxes were leaking badly. Terrible service and expensive for what it was. Would not really recommend this place, except that the food is a bit better than panda express, so order at your own risk from a business that doesn’t care much about their customers.
