My grandson is off to college and stopped at my house on the way. I took him to the Chinook. I had the best calamari of my life! My pork chop was cooked perfectly and the mac and cheese was wonderful! Even the salad and bread were great. My grandson loved his salmon. Jeremiah was extremely nice to us, even though we had no alcohol so tip was less. Best restaurant experience in years!

We are very glad we chose this restaurant to eat dinner. The waiter, Felix, was awesome. Very friendly and caring. He checked on us often. Our food came out within 30 minutes from ordering. The steak was cooked exactly as we ordered it, very tender, and was hot. We will definitely come back and eat there in the future.

Dinner was really good but we left a little disappointed. We were told that salads were included in our meal but when the check came we were charged for the salads. This brought our experience down quite a bit and wish you were more honest.

I’m allergic to asparagus (anaphylaxis occurs), asked to substitute another vegetable…$5 charge. Horseradish mashed potatoes sounds disgusting, asked to substitute red potatoes…$5 charge. Prime rib comes to table perched on top of asparagus! Red potatoes on both mine and my husband’s plate were DRY and inedible.

The service was outstanding. The food taste great. They had live entertainment that sounded great. The only complaints I have is on the steak burger I ordered the patty was half the size of the bun. Half of the bites were just bread. Also, I have noticed this morning that I was billed twice for my order. The flavor of everything was amazing.

I am only giving this one star because the wine was good. Everything was going well, we had reservations and were seated quickly, orders, drinks and salads were all appropriate.. then we waited for an hour. It would’ve been fine, we ordered 2 burgers, 1 filet mignon and 1 prime rib, but it was all cold. The 2 plates were $40 or more and meat was somehow overdone and cold. Sides were unedible. Burgers were good, but fries cold and unedible. This was a disaster, I sent my meal back and didn’t eat, we threw away more food that was eaten for a tab of $150. Super disappointed in our experience tonight, we have eaten here once before and it was good. Given the money that we wasted, we definitely won’t be back.
