The food was very rich and salty. It seems like they see use the same sauce on most of the dishes we were hoping the food would be better after the change in management. The 1 ton soup seem to be soy sauce and water with just the 1 ton wrapper in every bowl.

Their good is so good especially their pork wontons crisps. Food is always hot and fresh when we pick it up. When I did go to pick it up I waited for a bit and when I asked if my order was ready the waitress just hurriedly told me “go look for your name” and pointed at the rack of orders before going into the kitchen.

Lived in Del Mar for years and always wanted to try Chin’s. Glad I did. Food and service were excellent. As a New Yorker, I’m accustomed to great Chinese food. Chin’s food was right up there with the best of them. Highly recommended.

Been to Chin’s many times this was my first time in Del Mar. The food is consistent. I usually get the lunch special. It’s a lot of food and the price is good. My favorite is the honey chicken. It’s supposed to be spicy but they make it super mild for me. The cashew chicken was the other dish. All of the food is cooked fresh and is tasty. I really like the cucumber that’s included. The service was quick and pleasant. I’m always happy to see consistently when going to one in a chain, if you haven’t tried a Chin’s give it a try.

First time I’ve ever had Chin’s. Heard good things so I finally decided to give it a try and I was not disappointed. The service was great and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the salt and pepper wings, the honey walnut shrimp and tangerine chicken. Will definitely be ordering again from here soon!

This place is completely dead inside. Went in around 1pm. No one was inside, one server, one mgmt staff present. Only about 4 total tables got occupied with customers during our lunch. Food is edible, but is definitely American chinese, not authentic Chinese preparation (read: a lot of sweet and syrupy sauces, lots of salt, little-to-no spice). If you understand this is Americanized chinese, it is an ok place. I just feel sorry that they get zero foot traffic in this location. They really need to move down the street towards 15th and Camino Del Mar…
