I usually do online orders, and the pace as to how my order is completed is great. Usually done a couple minutes before my desired pickup time. However, the portions are inconsistent. At times, I’ll have much less or much more than usual. This usually only happens with bowls for me. Quesadillas are consistently filled appropriately.

This place is terrible and filthy. Last time I went here the chicken was chewy. The guacamole is always brown and there’s food all over the kitchen and eating area. They even have employees sleeping on the customer tables.

They’re always out of the fajita veggies when I’ve come, and it’ll be around 7:30-8pm and they say they’re not making more, yet they close at 10pm.

HORRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE. DONT EAT HERE. I WAS HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN MY BOWL…THEY THOUGHT IT WOULD BE FUNNY TO CHEAT US OUT OF OUR MONEY, FOOD WAS OLD. RICE WAS HARD. GUAC WAS BLACK AND OVER ALL HORRIBLE.

We have given this location so many opportunities to fix themselves with food quality to no avail. Every single time we’ve ordered something is either undercooked or old and dry to the point where the whole meal is unappetizing and we end up throwing it out. This latest time my spouse’s food had both crunchy rice and terribly prepared fajitas( overcooked/old/terrible prep work), and my kid’s food was old and dry with the rice and tortillas. We will not be eating here again. There are so many better local spots to go to.

In-store customers are undervalued. We were not told they were “out” of *multiple* toppings until well into the ordering process. We then saw these items in stock at their prep station for mobile orders. When we asked if they could get some from that station we were told the toppings were for mobile orders only. So, no, you cannot have any of the toppings, even though we’re staring at them, because it’s an in-store order, but if you stand there and place a mobile order you can. Craziness! No heads up about this when starting our order; wanted to charge full price for very limited options; and was also light on the portions. Not sure if this is a company or local policy. Won’t revisit after that kind of service. Nope!

Visited the Clovis, NM location this evening, and the employees refused to sell in-store patrons any chips. Although there were chips available, the employee informed us that the chips were being saved for online orders because they were running low. We asked, “So we can go online, order chips, and you’ll sell them, but we can’t order them while ordering the rest of of food?” They responded, “yes”.
