First question- who owns this chipotle? Second question- why hasn’t something been done? I ordered 2 bowls and a queso with chips and it was horrible!! Half the ingredients were missing too long to list. It was a 30 minute wait on an online order. The queso had pork in it from obviously the container next to it (quite gross)!!! I’m refraining from speaking how I really feel because of the profanity but I will say this much, staff were more concerned with screwing around with each other than preparing food!! Boycott this Chipotle!!!! Hope it shuts down. My next call is to corporate!

As I walked into the store, it was very pleasant. The music was not to loud. Looking around the store, everything was clean and neat. The employee’s were very polite and friendly. The food was really good. I tried the new AL Pastor chicken in a burrito. I would recommend it. The General manager was very nice and really seemed to care about their customers. At the time, I didn’t know I was speaking to the store manager, so I asked to speak their manager and ended up speaking with the division manager. I told him I was very pleased with the food and service. I would recommend going here. If your looking for something quick and filing with people who treat you right, this is the right spot. They really seam to care.

So disappointed with the Westfield location. They started off well but now the potions are tiny, in addition of not even getting what I ordered. I just ordered a lifestyle bowl with power greens through the app and got a salad with romaine, brown guac, and literally 8 pieces of chicken (yes I counted them…I mean I paid $13 for this meal after all). Get it together Westfield staff and management, this is a disgrace.

I’ll go to Moe’s next door. This Chipotle chain has the worst service ever. Not sure if mgmt is on staff. I arrived with five people in line in front of me and waited at least thirty minutes to reach the counter. I ordered and left with my bowl and there were at least 15 additional people in line by the time my order was fulfilled. Staff working in back filling online orders and standing around watching lines grow when should be up front assisting what appears to be the new guy at the counter filling orders. He was the only one actually working. Not exactly a team working together in the best interest of the customers or the business. Awful. The food was cold and not prepped for replenishment, so you don’t get the ingredients you’d expect. Only thing consistent is the poor service.

I love Chipotle as a chain and never take the time to review anything. All of that being said, this is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to in 4 states. I’ve been here probably about 10 times.

I ordered on the app, it said that my order was ready to pickup. I came inside, and there was nothing on the shelf. I waited until the scheduled pickup time, asked if they were working on it. Employees said they didn’t have my order and then WALKED AWAY! Another 15mins before the manager came to speak with me, in that time the employees made about 10 other orders while I waited. The manager finally found my order, and had them make it. In total, I waited an extra 30mins and should’ve just ordered from the line.

Every time we go to get dinner here (Westfield mass) it’s either closed for some form of maintenance, online only for orders, or exact change only. And this is at minimum 3x a week this happens to the wife an I. This chipotle is so troublesome and disappointing. I live 5 mins from it so that great but not when you constantly have to go to Holyoke or west Springfield.
