If you order online for pick up, make sure you have everything. I’ve ordered the quesadilla more than once, you get 3 sides with it, however I have on three different occasions get back to eat just to find I’m missing one, go back in to be told, oh we were out. I understand being out of something, but I paid for 3 sides, so tell the customer when they first go to pick up, so I don’t have to leave to drive back to the store to choose a substitute. Update: I paid 2.85 for not even a full container of queso, and never get the fajita veggies when I request them through the online app, and the amount of vinaigrette they gave me was a joke, if you’re not going to fill it all the way, at least fill it half way??? Not to mention I specifically request utensils and napkins in the bag and they’re never in there! I thought the whole point of ordering online was for a quick grab and go. I don’t know what is wrong with this location but I’ve never gotten a complete order and I look like a Karen constantly complaining, but this is just ridiculous at this point.

I’ve never had a problem with this location until today. i ordered my food online for pick up in a hurry to be somewhere when i picked up my food and opened it in the car THATS HOW I RECEIVED IT with no utensils or napkins in the bag it looks like someone ate half my food and just put it back. i came back later and the manager that was helping me was rude and disrespectful didn’t refund me but made me a new bowl with barely any food in it which is surprising considering that there’s normally so much in it wasn’t worth $16 or the struggle.

It was warm day and it seems very one was out. We had a wait time of nearly an hour. The server was ok. Not great like the last time I visites. The chicken fajita was good however the corn tortilla wasn’t tasty.

I never do reviews but this place is the worst chipotle I have ever been too. Always something every time I go there. Today had to walk out because the guy doin online orders was 20 behind a needed rice so he took the rice from up front a said sry we are out of rice gotta do online orders. How does that happen? No rice white or brown for bowls. At least 8 people in line with me left right after that

My mobile order last week was absolutely terrible. When I picked it up, the bag felt incredibly light, despite having ordered extra white rice, double chicken, extra fajita, extra black beans, and many other things. I brought this to the attention of the worker preparing the online orders and he added another scoop of rice and three black beans. Don’t get me wrong, I love chiptole and I’m a strong supporter but I’ve given this location 1 too many tries. Between never having some of the main ingredients, if you aren’t there to have it built in front of you then whatever is ordered is insanely sloppy. I’d like to imagine nobody reads reviews on fast food places BUT what just happened really sealed the deal on me never returning to this location.

I have went to this chiptolte for 2 years. I have never had a problem up until recently. I have ordered my food online with the app to pick it up at a later time (after work). The last few times it hasn’t been ready and I’ve had to wait over 20 minutes. This past time, they got my order completely wrong. Super upsetting because Chiptotle is my go to late night dinner and I can’t go back to this place now. 🙁

Absolutely, hands down, the WORST Chipotle I have ever come across. It’s 9pm, and they are out of BOTH rices, lettuce, and most ingredients. Like, how?! I worked food service for a decade, and this type of nonsense, would’ve gotten me fired. And to not call your online customers, or TURN OFF ONLINE ORDERING if you are out of ingredients, absolutely blows my mind. Poor management, poor customer service, and just overall, awful. How this place hasn’t closed yet, is beyond me.
