First of all I used to LOVE Chipotle, until they opened in my hometown. Old Guacamole, old salad…who knows what is actually fresh. This location streamlines consistently horrible, out of date, going bad food. Nobody likes bad salad, that is so far from fresh it’s almost liquid or old brown guacamole. Not worth my $15.00!

I am not sure why the Google information says this location closes at 6 PM. The door says 10 PM, but honestly I would not go if it was always open. The food was flat and lacked flavor more so than most Chipotle. That was also the tip of the iceberg. The employees had a very one for them one for us move where they were eating constantly even when bringing other food to the service line. The only thing worse was the photos and banter at the cash register because they were bored. Finally, the trash and cleanliness should make you turn around…my mistake. If you are forced to come here go through the drive thru and eat in your car. That service line seems to be better than the rest which is not saying much.

Ordering online takes away from the customer the ability to see how fresh the ingredients are, and to have some say in the proportion of each ingredient to the next. Mine bowl had way too much sour but hardly any chicken of lettuce. I love Chipotle, but I won’t be back if all the stores switch to ordering online. It really changes things.

I showed up in-person to get some food and they told me I had to put in an online order. I asked “why is that?” and the not so kind gentlemen responded with “because you didn’t sign my paycheck.” I was only asking with the intention to seek to understand, and instead I was mocked. I love chipotle, however visiting this location made me question humanity.

I think the takeaway here is that this place only exists so the employees can feed themselves and their friends. You can only order online so it’s impossible to get a refund. The employees and their friends eat so much of the food, when they do decide to finally complete an order, they give you 40 percent or less of what you paid for, because they ate the rest! If a health inspector showed up right now they’d be shut down that’s how dirty it is inside.

I placed a pick up order for a burrito bowl and was very disappointed. The picture really doesn’t do it justice, but there was hardly any food in this container. I could barely see the rice!! I had to dig around to see it!! The container is less than halfway full. I called the store twice to request a refund because I had already gotten to work at this point, but both times no one answered!! $12 wasted!! What they gave me was worth $4!! Never going to this location again!!

Ordered a bowl for pickup a few minutes after they open due to me having multiple meetings that would not allow me to get out around lunch time. The person who answered the window seemed annoyed that I was there picking up my order at 10:45AM and seemed like they may have gotten out of bed 15 minutes previously. When I got my bowl home, the guacamole was brown, the food tasted like sanitizer or soap of some sort, and was inedible. The worst part is this is not the first time happening at this location so shame on me. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

I had a horrible experience with one of the dashers. I had been craving a wrap from here and ordered it today but when it arrived I brought it inside and opened it up and saw a quesadilla with chicken which are two different things so I called the dasher and explained to her how she gave the someone else’s order and all she said was ok and hung up in my face so then I proceeded to call back but she didn’t answer which was extremely disrespectful and I will definitely not be ordering food from them online.

This store is a joke. You can fully expect them to 1) be randomly closed during normal business hours, 2) a sign in the door stating they only accept online orders, and if you’re lucky enough to get an order in, 3) it’ll be completely jacked up once you pick it up. Whoever is the manager or franchise owner for this place must be in serious debt with all the free meals they have to comp due to employee errors. Corporate should come watch how this facility is ran and make a determination if it’s worth keeping. Stay away.

Ordered a bowl and chips for pickup. Didn’t look at the food in the store. The bowl is 20% empty, and there’s hardly any chips (you can see the bottom of the chip bag). Huge ripoff for $15
