Food is always great. Staff is always rude and stingy with the food even when you say extra you gotta say it 4 times to get a regular amount. If you want the amount you’re actually being charged for I suggest going to the chipotles on Park Ave. it’s a million times better and friendlier.

The food is generally good and the staff are usually nice. There is a lot of inconsistency with portions however. Today, I paid full price for a baby burrito. Not dropping y’all for good, but this is pretty disappointing for the price.

There is always something wrong with this place. Service is down, no one greets you or tells you they will be right with you. long waiting times for ordering inside and Online Ordering. I’ve done both things and nothing ever goes right. Go somewhere else.

Ordered an online pickup order and the hispanic lady gave me the wrong order knowing it was the wrong order. She was too lazy to remake it i guess. didn’t realize it til i got home 20 minutes away.

Showed up at 10 o’clock when they open, they were not ready for 20 minutes when I finally was able to order they did not have queso ready and did not tell me until I wanted it. I then asked for a water cup they charged me for a soda and overall the people there were rude.

Get rid of all the people. Can’t even take a simple easy order. I asked for the special chicken and gave me the regular chicken. After I corrected the lady and asked for the right chicken she then charged me for double chicken. Even tho it was their mistake.

Despite being incredibly busy when we arrived, the wait was not long (5 minutes at most and was out the door when we arrived) and the staff was quick and friendly. One star down because most of the tables were needing a good wipe down, but otherwise great for a quick bite.
