Not that they’ll care or ever do anything about it. But this is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle. They did not give regular portions and skimped me, forcing me to pay for double meat. They didn’t have a marker to write on my burrito so they used a pen and drew on my burrito. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Everyone there especially the receptionists I have met all have attitudes. They do not treat you like a paying customer. If you hate your job, maybe don’t work there? And if you’re a manager and see people slacking off and being unprofessional with customers, maybe you shouldn’t be a manager?

management needs to help their employees here. the bowl was absolutely delicious, but you are only allowed to order online even while in the store (this isn’t posted anywhere). I was a bit nervous when I opened the lid, but pleasantly surprised with how delicious it is. thank you to the workers that were on today around 2-3pm. it’s a shame that your manager doesn’t offer you all more support, you deserve better.

This has been going on for a while now but today it was awful. No food, no add-ons. The Bowl is practically empty. There’s always something wrong. Not to mention the countless orders with chips and no chips and the amount paid never comes back. This is disrespectful. There isn’t an order I place at the Framingham location that comes out good or how I ordered it.

No pinto beans sign on door. In line ordering my bowl… there are no black beans either.. or guacamole. But I see the on line order station has both beans & guacamole. Employee says that’s the last of it, sorry. Chicken is spiced heavily… much too hot for the regular chicken. Customer comes up while I’m paying and says his is so hot he can’t eat it. Same employee makes him another order w black beans & guacamole right in front of me..place was filthy. Gone down hill

You are most likely here reading reviews AFTER a bad experience with this Chipotle. As am I. I’ve never read reviews for a chipotle before ordering. I imagine most people don’t since it’s supposed to be such a straight forward experience. After reading them and seeing how my experience was EXACTLY the same as others gives me the impression that this location is suffering. Bad reviews are sometimes unwarranted but in this case absolutely deserved. I don’t mind a place being out of an item- I mind being CHARGED as if the item was included. You’d think they’d discount the item. But they do not.

I tried this Chipotle numerous times and not once did they ever get my order correct. There was even a time when my Chicken bowl was missing the chicken. Luckily there is a great Chipotle right down the street in Natick so I do not need to go to this one any longer
