Portion size are small. No attention to the online order request. Vegs not sautéed, raw onion and green peppers. No cheese. I said no lettuce but it’s everywhere. Sprinkle of tomato salsa. There is no zero star so I had to choose 1 . Got a kids taco which comes with 3 sides. Got gucamole on the side. But the put the guacamole in the box and packed lettuce and sour in a side and charged for 3 side(gucamole +2 side) When asked they showed really bad attitude and not admitting they made mistake. It’s not about 2$ but the attitude shown by store is not acceptable and never ever will go again. There are lot other choices near by avoid this store

I don’t have a complaint about the Quality of the food. My complaint is strictly about preparing my order. 5.5 years of orders and not a single order they’ve made right. I order the same damn thing every time. It’s literally 5 ingredients. I stopped ordering for probably 2 years and figured I’d try again. Nope still can’t handle reading.

My experience with this chipotle is usually very good but this was ridiculous. I ordered a burrito and 3 tacos. My tacos were supposed to have lettuce and be filled like a NORMAL taco. It was so empty I practically only had the shell. Oh, and on top of that the shells were stale and nearly unedible. And my burrito wasn’t wrapped and it made a HUGE mess.

UNACCEPTABLE and pure laziness to say the least. Last night we ordered two bowls and a kids cheese quesadilla with rice and beans. The kids meal came with just two tortillas just thrown in and beans. I’m not sure how you even mess this up as there was no cheese at all or even an attempt to be made at making this item correctly. This restaurant needs some serious overlooking. See pictures.

Ordered a steak quesadilla – steak was incredibly dry. I also ordered vinaigrette as one of my sides and it was never included. When I opened my quesadilla container, one compartment was completely empty so it was obvious it was missing before putting the cover one. The saving grace was the delicious caramel bubble tea I grabbed next door.

The worst customer service and the worst manager , they refused to look at my order on my phone and give me my side of guacamole that it was on my app . The manager came didn’t look and said to the other guy (just leave it ) and walked away . The other manager told me to leave they were so stupid I never felt this way in a restaurant before. I just paid because it was never about the money but just the fact that the app redeemed my side but they didn’t add to my bag . The worst experience I had !!!!!

Such rude and racist employees — don’t come here unless you like being discriminated against. Conveniently enough, no one wears name tags so there is no accountability and employees are free to serve only the “right” sort of customer with the “correct” skin color. So embarrassed for them really.

The lady at the front was very rude and demanding. I got a water cup supposed to be free then she looked at the receipt and came over and took the water cup back. I am very upset with the service and will not be coming back. I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now and will not be coming back to this chipotle. The way she handle the situation was very unprofessional and uncalled for.
