Walked in last night and waited in a 15 minute line and ordered a carnitas burrito and a chicken bowl for my wife, as soon as I got the line, the workers were working really slowly, so slow that I felt I could do it faster and I’ve never done it before. After I put on my ingredients and they wrapped my burrito as if it was a joke, ripped my burrito and kept wrapping it. When I got to the counter I handed him a $50 bill, he proceeded to what looked like fiddle with it in his hand then gave me my change, but it wasn’t till this morning when I realized “huh… that’s weird, I came straight home last night after chipotle” they shorted me $10 of my change, they need a corporate manager to come in and retrain all the staff, it’s a mess. I would avoid it at all costs

I rarely write reviews but I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Sage and the wonderful, helpful team at this Chipotle location. I had some specific requests for a large catering order and wanted to place the order in store rather than online. Not only did Sage go above and beyond to accommodate our requests, the order was boxed and ready at my requested arrival time.There was a friendly staff member that helped me load everything in to my car. The food was hot, delicious, and came with everything we needed to make service simple and convenient. Highly recommend this location and staff. Thanks to you all!

there’s always a problem everytime i come here. honestly i think that the whole chipotle chain has issues and it’s not just this place. i ordered a organic black tea and i received a bottle that expired in july of 2022. i almost took a sip before i realized the odd color. you can even see mold floating around in the bottle. i can say i’m never ordering drinks from here again

id give 0 stars if i could. the rice is disgusting and hard, they’re stingy with the chicken, it’s always dirty. no one answers the phone at this location, i’ve called 15 times and no answer i lost my purse and now i have to drive all the way there keep in mind i live an hour away. even cooperate said they couldn’t get this location to answer the phone. how are they getting paid to NOT do their job? do better.

In town for a week and only wanted something quick/healthy. This location never was on time with a pickup order. Dishes everywhere behind the line, not a clean store. Employees cursing at each other while I was in line! Local PD was in the store too and couldn’t believe the awful service.

I literally wish I could give them negative stars because I ordered at 1pm for pick up for lunch. My coworker went and picked it up for us. He got there and it wasn’t ready yet so he waited. He contacted us and said that there was only 3 employees working, which I understand if you are understaffed. But he waited over an hour and they told him they were still preparing food from 12:30pm. 2 out of the 3 employees left the store and said that they were done making orders. He waited over an hour just to leave with no food, I’m trying to get a refund because its not cheap and they are being very difficult. I’m never going back to this location and I don’t think ill ever get Chipolte again after this.

This is the first time I’ve been here. The place is Is disgusting. I first went into the bathroom and there was pee all over the toilet and floor. Looks like bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in a Long time. There wasn’t a stitch of toilet paper in there. I then came out to order a Burrito. I went to fill my cup at the coke dispenser to find there was No ice. Had to ask kid behind counter for ice. Then went back to see 3 empty napkins dispensers and no lids for the soft drinks. I had to go back up to ask for them. I then proceeded to sit down end enjoy my meal that I just paid $15.75 for a Burrito and a small coke. Every table in the restaurant was dirty and have not been cleaned off. After I wiped the table down to enjoy my food I sat there and not one of the three people I seen working there came over to clean or replenish the condiments that were just about all missing. A half hour after I left my stomach started to ache. I would not step foot in there again even if the meal was Free. If I could of gave it No star’s I would have.

Have not been to Chipotle in ages, won’t be going back! Tables and dining filthy, large crew of help however they were all ready to go at 8:50pm when they are open to 10pm. No greeting, no acknowledgement of our order, half the dishes were empty, no salad ready so switched to tacos instead, no chips ready, grunted at us – not a good experience and expensive – wish we had gone to reliable Panera instead.

hello was doordashing here arrived at 6 left at 6:45 with my order. i received horrible customer service and rude comments from workers. I observed horrible laziness in the kitchen including lack of gloves, hair nets, sanitation. Everything was everywhere. orders were unmarked and just placed not called out. And as a doordasher being late or tarty in anyway knocks points off of our scores and other customers. your messing with other people’s business and money as well. Appreciate you hearing me.
