Do not bother ordering from this location through a delivery app. Delivery driver was fine; However, I paid extra for steak in a burrito bowl, and only got chicken, while still getting charged for steak. Was missing chili-corn salsa as well. Didn’t bother contacting me about these changes.

Grub hub gives you the ability to read an order on screen, so why is it that any time I order from you guys on grub hub the order is always completely wrong ? Who ever it is taking the order you just seem to throw together burritos in the most opposite way it was ordered, what if I had a food allergy and I bit into a burrito and got sick ? I used to love Chipotle, but I feel like I don’t quite get what I’m paying for anymore. I paid for extra meat, and extra cheese on my burrito bowl, and asked for less rice. I got less rice, but that was about it. The bowl wasn’t even full.

Don’t bother using the app or a delivery service from this location. Almost every single time I’ve ordered using the app the order has been incorrect. It is also routinely not ready for pickup on time. I’d recommend going to a different location.

Let me just say this store needs better employees, or better management. I just went into the store, first of all completely filthy, trash everywhere, tables full of dirt and food. There were 2 people waiting before us, after it was just us. We weren’t greeted by any of the employees, the food prep person had a horrible attitude, after a few minutes I went up to her and asked if all orders needed to be placed online since she waa prepping food and didn’t greet us, she goes no, I’m just getting these orders ready, so we waited, after we were standing there with no other customers, another customer came in, they stand right in front where she was prepping the food. She asked them how can I help you, & I go excuseme. We’ve been here waiting, she had the audacity to say Y’ALL NEEDED TO STAY IN LINE with such a bad attitude. Mind you we were there waiting for more than 10mnts. People like this should not work in places where they need to have people skills and customer service..

This place is awesome. The only reason it has so many bad reviews is that it’s so close to Marblehead and all of it’s stuck up, snobby, entitled inhabitants. Chipotle is a certified hood classic and this is the place to go especially after a sick pump at the Marblehead YMCA.
