Got a really small bowl and they didn’t put all toppings I requested. Second picture was another pickup where the bowl looks like leftover from someone else. Went back and the guy said sometimes when people drive too fast, food will move along the side so it looked like a smaller portion. This is some BS explanation. We are not shooting fast and furious 9 here okay. Then we opened it up to show them. They could not make any excuses but to make another one for us. This location is the worst!!!!

I’m honestly baffled as to how this place would pass a health inspection. I was pretty desperate for food because I was stuck out late in severe weather and there weren’t a lot of places open, but I decided I’d rather just not eat than end up with a food borne illness from eating here. The assembly line and kitchen areas were disgusting. I witnessed a high school aged kid touch money with a pair of gloves on and then stick the same pair of gloves into the cheese to put on a burrito bowl. The trashes were overflowing. The beverage and condiment area were also overflowing with trash (including the utensil bins). And none of this was an issue with staffing levels. There were at least 10 teenage/ college age individuals working and only 2 customers in the restaurant. Rather than cleaning and maintaining food safety, they were just all busy chatting with each other and complaining about how they wanted to go home. I should have known before stopping in that I would have this type of experience at it seems to be a common theme across Chipotle locations these days.

Ordered through the app and I am so so so annoyed. Waited 45 minutes for a mobile order and they were so cheap about all my ingredients. I also asked for light on cheese and extra meat and rice. They must have gotten it reversed because there was so little meat and rice and way too much cheese. Its a shame this is the closest chipotle to me because I love chipotle but definitely won’t be coming back to this one.

It’s been about a year since my last review. I thought maybe the owner of this one would have read reviews and changed his or her bad ways. It is the dirtiest poorest run Chipolte. The young kids working the counter are great, They’re polite and they seemed to be following their training, so the food was fine. but the place is so understaffed and so dirty. one year apart now I’ve Paid for soda but there was no soda. there was no cups there was no forks. the tables were dirty, and the trash was Overflowing. Most people just started leaving the trash on table tables because there was no room in the cans.

I just left the Norwood location with my burrito and a pit in my stomach! The guy who made my burrito was nodding out the entire 10 minutes it took him to make my burrito. He was also rubbing he snotty nose on his wrist! Most likely won’t eat this now unfortunately, may have ruined my experience with burritos all together
