The service and food were okay. They happened to be out of chips, so no taco chips drizzled with cheese on my visit. Overall, this location was clean, but it lacks atmosphere with its stainless steel tables and limited seating.

I am very happy with my order at this location very clean and fast services I been to other chipotle location and didn’t like the services that was provided but in the 8 plaza chipotle is amazing even tho they were short staff, thank you for the crew members that work at night and put in the work to make it an amazing experience

I have visited many Chipotles, but this one is by far the greatest. The service is always quick, the portions are fantastic, and my order is always made exactly as I ordered it. I order occasionally each week because I work nearby. The staff is quite friendly. They keep a tidy and encouraging environment while being incredibly effective.

I mean, who manages this chipotle? No forks, no soda on the fountain, no chicken ready— workers look awfully miserable working there which is very saddening. Tables are a mess where it’s just unsanitary to even sit to have a hot meal. I think we can do way better.

I will occasionally eat at this chipotle or do takeout. Each time, quality has been good and no issues with order. My favorites have been the burrito bowl with chicken, chicken tacos and the quesadillas are pretty good.

Poorly managed Chipotle. Entire fountain drink machine out of order, and the drinks in their fridge were warm, which is nasty. Place was kind of messy, and employees unfriendly.

I literally eat at this chipotle a few times a week but today will be the last, I don’t know what is going on with the lights but it was very dark inside, when I came in I was totally ignored for a few minutes which made me mad cause I literally was the only one waiting. Two guys came in line behind me then they finally took my order. The lady who made my food was okay but the guy that took my money was rude, he made me feel like I was bothering him because he had to stop what he was doing to ring me up. I’m done with chipotle and will be going elsewhere

My husband had heart transplant and can only eat food freshly made. Spoke with manager and he said no problem. Made fresh chicken brown rice for tacos and burritos. The team was impeccable. The store was immaculate. And the food was fresh and eonderful.
