Given that Chipotle is asking for premium prices compared to other fast casual joints, I’d expect the experience to measure up. Unfortunately, after too many times getting the wrong order or inadequate portions—not to mention this piece of metal extracted from my husband’s pork on our most recent trip—I have to give up. Sorry to write a mediocre review, but this place does not meet expectations. Does not seem to be understaffed (6 people in the kitchen), but nobody notices or cares that all the chicken on the grill is already burned. Drinking fountains out of order, tables dirty. Unpleasant and loud rap music, inappropriate for kids :-/

The food was good but the service wasn’t. I had a burrito bowl and it was very good for being made so fast. The only problem is that the service is terrible. I tried ordering on the app and waited for the time it said my order would be ready. Once it was time I went to pickup the order that said it was done on the app. But when I walked and looked for my order it wasn’t ready and then I waited about ten minutes and finally it was ready. That is the sole reason I rate this place three stars. I recommend this place to people who are craving Mexican food and need it quick

Today when I came to this restaurant to make an order, I became a witness of a very unpleasant (to say the least) scene. One of the staff members (I believe his name was Pasha, he also called himself the manager of the branch) was arguing with a delivery driver. It sounded like the driver came to pick up an order but some other driver had already taken it. “The manager” started yelling at the delivery guy in front of everybody and asking him to leave, using very strong language (F-word and all), even though the guy wasn’t even hostile! I have never seen anything like this. I just left without ordering. Having rude staff is one thing, but it seems like this Chipotle branch took it to a whole new humiliating level!

Been to plenty of chipotles and burrito locations. I used points for the chips on this order. You can tell if someone is in training behind the scene or some people just don’t give a S H Y T and they’re stuck at work. If you guys are training someone in making burritos? Make it so the customer doesn’t have to pay for it. If the person is not having a gd day? Keep it at home. Def should’ve stuck with next door Pinos or Eagles. It is what it is.

Imagine sitting in line for 15 minutes watching the people ahead of you order and have their food made only to be told when you get to the front that actually they can’t take any orders themselves and you need to do it all online, with absolutely no signage that this was the case, so now you need to go back to the beginning and start all over again. Why even bother going in that case?

The employees lie to door dash drivers all the time saying someone stole it like how the hell y’all getting rob for burritos lazy young ppl they are extremely rude and one a lady lied said no more sour cream the main agreement I tried having a normal conversation until some lady butted in a stranger and they were rude saying they can’t stop ppl from stealing that’s silly how many chiptole use door dash and this location is an issue I’m not sure maybe the staff is all student by try need more effort .
