This review is for this specific chipotle (because it tastes the same everywhere). Incredibly hit or miss. Sometimes fine, sometimes awful. Generally the cashiers are very nice and diligent, but the line staff is lazy and often rude. At least half the time they just roll up an open burrito in the tin foil that leaks all over the bag. How has every other burrito restaurant figured out how to fold a burrito but chipotle workers can’t figure it out. Variable amount of ingredients every time and for some reason they’ll put like a tiny piece of meat and half a lb of sour cream. I know they have to deal with mass Ave craziness but I’ve never seen a restaurant worker so clearly disinterested in their job. Just poor training and standards. Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to.

I must start by saying; as frequent customer the food at chipotle is always bomb especially when its the busy hours and the food is feesh. I ordered a bowl with extra chicken and unfortunately only got one serving of chicken. The atmosphere was also totally ruined for me and many others as there was a really smelly homeless man in a wheelchair with his chair prying the door open so the entire restaurant smelled like this guy.

Chipotle is consistently good, this location doesn’t disappoint. I am commenting today cause of the super customer service delivered by Eliàn. What a kind and capable young man. My order was a little difficult and because of a recent injury I was a little clumsy trying to get things together and he went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly! Thanks again

Easily the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. App let me place an order, it was well past their opening time, but they wouldn’t open up. An employee was sitting at one of the tables at the front of the store, texting on his phone, completely ignoring us while we (a lot of other customers were trying to pick up their orders too) waited by the door and tried to ask him what was going on. I waited for 20 minutes, dude was still ignoring us and no one else would come out, then finally walked away.

Guac in the shredded cheese. I asked the girl to get a new container of cheese for my food since she had CROSS CONTAMINATED the cheese cause I’m allergic to avocado and she rolled her eyes, slammed the old container of cheese down like it was inconvenient to take seriously the most IMPORTANT part of food services. NO CROSS CONTAMINATION! You put people at allergies with risk. Take more care when serving and it shouldn’t be a problem.

I was a custoner yesterday at the Central square location.I witness a worker claim he was the manager told a young black woman that she could used the bathroom, he said no because she didnt buy anything then another customer gave her the number .The worker that cliam he was the manger turn around and said he was goin to call the cops on her for harassment but she did not do such things.The code didnt work in the mans door after he told her the woman was out of order when its clearly was not. He was very nasty to her and for that reason I will not be returning to that location.

It’s Chipotle! There are better locations around B Town, This one in Cambridge, Central Square is just okay tbh. I prefer the one at Davis Square in Sommerville, but it’s Chipotle and I love Chipotle, so ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
