Worst chipotle in Boston! Please train your staff and make sure they know how to wrap a burrito. I was in a rush and thought chipotle would be the quickest option for a meal. The lady who assisted me was very stingy with the portions and by the time it came to wrapping it, she tried to fold it in half and a third of my rice and many other fillings went flying out, and she didn’t bother to add more to make up for this. She just tried to cover it by quickly folding it and handed it to me while I was paying. I noticed but was in a hurry that I didn’t have time to ask for a replacement. When I got home this is what I found! Do a better job and I’ll happily return to this location! This is not the quality and service I would pay for…

This is the worst chipotle I’ve encountered. I ordered two different bowls, one veggie and one chicken. The veggie bowl was missing two toppings, and the second bowl was just a duplicate of the veggie bowl, not the chicken bowl I ordered. Also, they only gave us one fork for two bowls?

I ordered one veggie and chicken at this place. Chicken was burnt and smoking smell. They only provided very little amount of rice in each bowl. All the veggies seems like old, i started to develop a stomach pain after had this. The server was too rude to customer. I love chipotle, but this kind of place felt so bad.

This is the worst chipotle EVER! They close early on random days with no explanation and they’re regularly out of ingredients. A few weeks ago I went to get a bowl and they were out of rice. So I got one without rice and they still charged me the same. Yesterday they were out of chicken and steak. I wonder if their owner/manager is aware of all that goes on at this location…

I had a terrible experience. I just got in to my hotel and have been traveling all day. I just wanted something to be delivered to me. While what the delivery guy did is not directly their fault, I have called for over 20 minutes to get a manager on the phone and absolutely nobody picked up.

Worst chipotle experience I’ve had. I ordered off Uber eats and was given a burrito bowl with no rice and literally only half full. Usually the bowl is entirely full from other chipotle’s. They also forgot my chips but gave my queso.
