Always a solid healthy spot for consistently good food options the new chicken Al pastor was really good doubled the meat and added the guacamole and cheese along with their hot salsa(not that hot) and peppers n onions delicious it was at 9:20 so it was a bit dirty and and looked like it was in need of a good cleaning but the food was solid! Also put some of the Tabasco for some extra heat

Food is great but consistently poor service and lackadaisical staff makes me want to never eat there again. Most recently was denied bathroom service despite clearly requiring it for medical reasons until I had purchased an item (was about to spend ~$30 for food AFTER bathroom use) but did not end up doing so, instead buying a $3 bag of chips to use the code-locked bathroom over 15 minutes after my initial request (again, staff service was consistently poor). I can’t excuse a “they’re broke college students” defence as the night shift staff are clearly young to elder adult. As a low-income Boston-area college student myself, minimum wage is not an excuse to avoid decent customer care

terrible experience. customer service is some of the worst i’ve seen in the industry. they opened late, didn’t have any chicken, steak, or veggies available, and were cleaning out trash cans and floor mats. immediately after opening, which means none of it was taken care of the night prior and had just been sitting there all night. how is a customer supposed to be comfortable ordering and eating food when someone is sweeping under the door mat and there is dust flying everywhere not even five minutes after opening?

There was an insect in my food. I tried to contact chipotle to get a refund but could only talk to their chat-bot online, which only gave me a BOGO code, not a refund. I asked for a refund instead and it ignored my request and closed the chat.

Rude staff, probably one of the worst Chipotle locations I’ve been to. It’s incredible how Chipotle continues to raise prices while reducing portions too. Go down the street to CAVA instead.
