I’ve lived In the Seaport for 3 years now. If it wasn’t for the convenience, I wouldn’t EVER come here. This place is TERRIBLE! The workers do not care about making quality food and don’t even try to get your order right. I constantly get my orders incorrect, cold and uneatable/ have to throw it away. Chipotle is a great restaurant, BUT THIS LOCATION IS AWFUL!

Never ever ever go here, seriously. This is the worst Chipotle in the country in my opinion. I used to LOVE this Chipotle, thought it was way better than the one in South Bay (closer to my house) and would come out of my way to get this one. It is awful now, staff is horrible, they have no clue what they are doing. Never have food ready, I’ve gone after work at 5 when there is literally no one in there and it takes me 15 minutes to get my bowl. I submitted a complaint officially through the Chipotle website last week after a tipping point, where I walked in to the restaurant and after watching the person in front of me order, I left because of how bad it looked. Still haven’t gotten a response on my complaint either, total clown show.

I wanted to give a huge shoutout to the young girl who made my burrito bowl behind the counter today on 7/8, around 3:00 PM. I should’ve asked her name, but she had on a silver script necklace – find her and give her a raise!!! wow, I don’t think I’ve ever had such great customer service at a chipotle. I left smiling because she was just great and made my day. Plus the bowl was great (as always)!

As far as Chipotle goes this place is impressive. Even at lunch rush in the seaport, they get you in and out very quickly. Food was still piping hot. Service was quick and efficient. You can tell they have good management and that the workers want to be there and get er done. No slackers among them and all seem to have a great attitude. All in all top notch. Eating in isn’t a great idea as it gets mobbed but it is what it is.

Do not go here. This is not only the worst chipotle in America, this May very well be the worst restaurant in America!! The employees are trained terribly and not only are they bad, they take delight in being bad at their job and then have the AUDACITY to get upset with you! I like chipotle in general yet this was the worst location I’ve ever been to. I had to tell the staff twice that there are no utensils or tissues by the counter but most importantly it’s very poorly maintained. All tables are dirty, there is food on the tables on the floor, tissues etc just atrocious.

I went in to order a bowl 1 hour before closing, and was told that unless I order online pickup, I will not get service. Meanwhile, they are making bowls for pickup in the background. This seems extremely illogical to me. The workers here are extremely rude, and this is undoubtedly the worst chipotle location I have been in my life.
