Horrible. When I got home I noticed that they did not put my tortilla in the bag, not a big deal since I was distracted and didn’t notice at the restaurant. The worst part is that as I was eating, I chewed a piece of plastic that definitely came from the bowl. This was so disgusting and hope that this does not go overlooked.

I went into the location on 03/30 at 6:23. I waited in line that was backed up to the door patiently and once it was my turn to order the young lady said they were out of burritos. So I then asked for the only other option a bowel. Once I reached checkout I noticed they were opening a brand new pack of tortillas for the mobile order. I asked if they could flip the contents of the bowel into a burrito instead. They said no those were reserved for mobile orders. I then made a mobile order assuming they would just wrap the already made bowel of food. Instead I stood in store and did not get my food until 7:08pm. While I was waiting for my food they restocked the regular line. I watched as people walked away with burritos for 30 minutes because they refused to go to get a new bag of tortillas. Instead they said they were out of stock because it was easier. While waiting I grew impatient and went back into line. I figured they could make the burrito and then just not make the mobile order. I was able to get back in line and the girl built me an entire burrito. While waiting for the person in front of me to pay so I could speak to the cashier and explain they didn’t need to make the mobile order they had just finished the mobile order I originally placed. I walked out with a burrito and left one made on the counter unpaid for. What a waste of everyone’s time. Not only for me the customer but also the employees. For them to make a bowel, throw it out, make a burrito, and make a second burrito it would have taken them 15 seconds to wrap the bowel. Either that or they could have given me a tortilla and I could have done it myself. Next time I’ll know to ask the girl to go get more tortillas from the back and save everyone time.

My first time going there couldn’t decide what to order the overhead menu sign had no prices. The employee tore a sign off the window so i could find an option well She tore it in half. Secondly the chicken looked SO dry you could barely make out the fact that it was chicken. She said they had steak also but the chicken looked like steak it was SO overdone. My Son walk out first then my Husband and i followed suit. The commercial made me want to go there the presentation of the food made us leave!

They were very busy so I’ll give them a bit of a reprive but I traveled 30 minutes out of my way to get Chipotle. Checked inside the bag and the order looked correct. Label on the bowl was my name and order. However, at home I opened the bowl and it was an entirely different order. Unfortunately I couldn’t even eat it because it contained several ingredients I am allergic to. Maybe I’m dramatic but I felt this sadness in my soul

Literally the worst experience ever, and we’ve been to a lot of chipotles. Staff is ridiculously slow. Ordered quesadillas for the kids and they made them and then at register told us they couldn’t sell them to us because it was online only. I asked if something else could be ringed, ‘no’ please pay for the bowls, I asked are you just going to give them to me? No, we have to trash them. Seriously, they wanted me to eat food in front of my kids and they couldn’t solve it for me. I asked what if I pay for them online, and then my kids can eat: sure…. Quesadillas were not even cooked through. My kids were SOOOOO disappointed that they said: ‘let’s NEVER eat chipotle any more, mom’

Food always come cold or barely room temp. Food I got today was overflowing with corn salsa and chicken. I ordered extra on a few things but what I received is not what I typically get when asking for extra. This place needs to be more consistent about portion sizes because I’ve been paying for extra but get usually half of what I got today. Not to mention the rice has way to much citrus juice, no salt, and barely any cilantro. I thought this Chipotle was run by a set of Restauranteurs?
