We just sat down to eat our meals and as my girlfriend started eating she choked on a piece of rubber in the bowl she got im highly disappointed by this it is disgusting that it can happen and if it was larger it could have been worse.

The wheels have fallen off here in so so many ways. Kids quesadilla unheated on a taco size tortilla. $4? Just loose, dry shredded cheese. Tepid. Guy couldn’t fit contents into a burrito to roll, so he just slapped a second tortilla on it to cover the gap. Alum foil didn’t even cover it. Hot mess. Half eaten back home, we find a long hair in it. Yum! Whole process took forever,

Not sure where to start, when you enter the building you faced most times with a sign on the door that reads that you MUST have exact change or card only! Really, the pandemic is over get change on hand like everyone else! Then, once you get through the line and get your drink cup and head for the drink machine to only find out that there is NO ICE! And when you ask about it they say its broke. Broken ice machine going on 4 months now? Replace it or fill it is more like it. I have been to a lot of other Chipotle’s and this is by far the worse one. If I didn’t work right down the street I would NEVER set foot in there again! I can’t count on one hand how many times I have seen a customer get their food, sit down and open it only to shake their head and throw it away and walk out. Absolutely horrible!!!!

Absolutely the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had! I think my salad had 8 pieces of lettuce total. And they didn’t give me any dressing. See photos. We ordered 2 quesadillas with salsa, well apparently they’re OUT of red salsa…at chipotle. And they weren’t even going to tell me until I asked for the salsa. In addition, the order wasn’t ready for 15 minutes passed the time it was supposed to be ready and while I waited I watched as one of the workers dropped a tortilla, caught it with her leg, then put it back on the pile of tortillas to be used. Horrifying! Do not go here!

hands down the worst chipotle i have ever been to. multiple times have had wrong items made and given, if the items are correct they are skimpy and the ingredients do not seem fresh. one time i went hours before close and they had no cheese, lettuce, sour cream, or guacamole. it’s always filthy inside, the drink machines are disgusting and never have ice. needs help!

I don’t think I’ve ever left a Google review in my life but the uncleanliness of this specific chipotle motivated me to do so. Every time I’ve been here the tables are covered in old food, including the one they prepare your food on. They also seem to have issues finding a repair man for the ice machine. Don’t expect good customer service either. They’re rude when making your food and will leave it on their side of the table so you have to reach over and grab it. Just avoid this place.

What the heck happened to this place?!?! Girl with blue hair charged me double for my meal today and could not even understand what I was saying, she’s trying to teach me to use a credit card reader, so I just paid the wrong amount so I could get the hell out of there. I come here several times a week and I don’t think I’ll be back. Like really, get a clue do your job it’s not a difficult one!!!!!!!!

The only consistent thing about this location is how disappointing it is each and every time. Poor customer service, slow service, TINY portions in comparison to every other location. They never have chips. This is the third time I’ve gone and they haven’t had rice. Don’t understand what is going on but they have got to get it together.
