Horrible horrible experience. It’s always an issue at this location. Ordered through the app said it’d be ready at 7:10 got there at 7:04. Waited 30 minutes they gave my food to the wrong person. Waited about another 20 minutes for them to make a new order. They ran out of vinaigrette. After waiting 50 minutes just to walk away unsatisfied really sucked. Everytime I give this location a chance it’s the same result. Do better. Please. I literally avoid coming here.

Bad customer service everyone always has an attitude never a smile I prefer to drive to the mall cause baby they are packed and yes at times it can be a wait but at least the workers at the mall Braintree to be exact have way better customer service skills and great you with a smile. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was inviting. The food is what I had the problem with. The kid that served me must have put a half teaspoon of each ingredient in my bowl. He was acting as if someone was watching him because he seemed nervous when scooping out the food like he wanted to take some back off of the spoon. I had to kindly request a tiny bit more chicken and lettuce. For $16, the serving size was basically for a child. Oh, and my tortillas were stale like they had been sitting there overnight. I had to throw them away because I couldn’t eat them. Come on, Chipotle!!!!

Terrible customer service! I stood in line waited to order my food for one of staff to tell me half the toppings I wanted is not there. I asked her why didn’t she say that before she pointed to the line and said” it obvious” here I was thinking they’re going out more food out. This is how she speaks to a customer.

I was in the mood for a burrito & I came into this Randolph location… the girl serving had gloves on with the lady before me! The women paid in cash, she touched the money & proceeded to ask me what I wanted! I gave her a second to change the gloves and when she didn’t I just left! Lost a customer! CHANGE YOUR GLOVES AFTER EVERY CUSTOMER! You don’t know if they’re allergic to anything & YOURE TOUCHING MONEY WITHOUT SWITCHING GLOVES!
