The atmosphere is very dirty and the place is not well kept at all or even well managed. The line was about to be out the door and the workers had an attitude (I’m assuming because they either had a bad day or very hard day). My food was cold and they only had one worker working the line of customers and the other workers were either injured, getting off, or cooking the food. WAITED UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE BEFORE CHECKOUT TO INFORM ME THAT THEY WERE OUT OF QUESO! From that point on I didn’t even want my bowl anymore because the queso just completes it. I only stayed because I was really craving Chipotle but after this I don’t think I’ll crave chipotle until next year and I’ll always check the location reviews before entering. Will not be returning to this location!

Throughout the past couple years I have continuously been dissatisfied with this Chipotle. It’s going downhill. My bowl contains several ingredients that I did not ask for. The counter was very dirty and the soda machine was broken. You could tell the workers hated being there, and I don’t blame them. This will be my last trip to this location.

I’ve been to some struggling chipotle establishments, but this one absolutely takes the cake. I go here maybe once every few months and I’m not even joking, every time I go in, there’s an issue. I just had to sit in this place for a good 30-40 minutes waiting for an order that was supposed to be done nearly an hour earlier. Their excuse is that they are out of rice. How do you even get to the point where you have no rice and have to ask customers to wait? Is it too much to ask for someone to take some responsibility and put the rice on when it’s halfway gone? Simply had to just let them take my $20 as waiting there just wasn’t an option anymore. This is the last straw and I don’t think I will ever go back again unfortunately.

I ate there two days ago. I ordered 3 barbacoa tacos. I asked what was normally put on them cause I have never been to one of “these” resturants and it was horrible. I had barely any meat and on top of that they charged me $34 for 3 tacos. I knew I was taking a gamble going in and I will never go to another chipotle for the rest of my life. Besides getting over charged for the tacos they were not worth any price. They are like the subway of mexican food, all hype and marketing very little meat.

I went in tonight doing a DoorDash order. I waited 25 minutes for the order. It was still not done. I had to cancel it. The poor girl was left alone while the man went in the bathroom for 15 minutes while the manager was “ doing manager stuff” because I asked to speak with the manager since I have been manager at food places along with retail and I know that as a manager sometimes you have to be on the floor when there’s no other staff open, the line was out the door and after I talk to her, the manager, she rolled her eyes, walked away and said whatever this is not an acceptable management as manager you are supposed to work as a team

*UPDATE: went there today, seems to be doing a bit better. The lady doing the online ordering isn’t the right fit. She makes situations worse. Instead of just saying “just a few minutes” she’ll say “I have two orders ahead of you, I need to go in order..” she just talks too much. Just keep to the appropriate script. The bigger guy on the line is a boss give him a raise. Girl on register was legit just standing there zoned out as the rest of the staff was frantic. I honestly just wanna work there a couple days to fix this mess lol.
