I have food poisoning from this location. I’ve lost 11lbs in 7 days and I’m still actively sick. If you want to be deathly Ill – then eat here! The company is aware and supposedly Investigated but refuse to provide any details to their “investigation”. So to sum it up if you want to feel like your going to die, you should get a meal here. If you value your health go next door to any place else In the plaza.

The floor was filthy. They will not accept an order for quesadillas in person so even if you’re right there you have to order on the app. Ingredientes seem to be a bit mixed. For example there was corn and some lettuce in meals that supposedly did not have any in it. Other than that though the food was pretty good.

This is the absolute worst Chipotle that I have been to. The whole serving area was a mess. The guacamole was DARK GREEN! It doesn’t looked fresh. And it didn’t taste fresh. I visited on July 8 (Saturday) afternoon. My daughter and I took it to go and ate in our hotel room. I got the white rice and it was NOT COOKED!!!! The rice was hard. I am not sure how this place is managed. Chipotle HQ needs to hold the manager responsible for ruinibg the Chipotle experience. By the way, I am a huge fan of Chipotle coming from SoCal. So this is just an abomination!

Worse CHIPOTLE ever! The place is always dirty and they never have the meat I want. Saw an employee grab chips and dip in the condiments in front of me. Also saw the cashier cash someone out and then went and grabbed food without washing their hands. Won’t be coming back EVER!!!

Went for chips and guac. Out of chips so got a free drink as consolation from a seemingly nice employee. Sat down contemplating getting a quesadilla instead. Went up to order and saw a fresh batch of chips, so I asked for two bags. While filling said bags the same, seemingly nice employee, starts talking directly to me telling me that he wished I didn’t order chips in front of the other customers because now they would want chips too and he would be forced to do his job and make more. To boot, mobile order for boyfriend is 30 min overdue and has not even been started while there is nobody in line to order up front. Go to a different location.

The girl taking orders and making the food moved so incredibly slowly, I was in there for 15 minutes to get 3 different items. She says no white rice which is the main ingredient in a rice bowl. The food is finally done and someone else brings out a great big pot of white rice. Not all but some employees need to be moved to the register because their lack of movement makes for a long line and sloppy orders. Also, their lack of attention has all foods mixed in together. I don’t want items mixed in with each other because they drop it on the way to the bowl. Lastly, multiple employees take their phones out of their pockets with gloves on and don’t bother to change them. Management needs to be more present.

Went for interview today, was so excited too but too my surprise the place was filty disorganized and soda machine was dropping ice on the floor and no customer skills what so ever and to top it all any person that orders on line can just walk in and pick up there order with no customer service . This place takes the cake for the worst food service establishment I’ve ever dealt with every time I make the excuse of ordering from here. They are consistently out of everything hours before they close when they could easily go make more, but when you order online they’ll hand you your order without telling you that half of it is missing and expect you not to notice. When you ask for a refund or an accommodation they’ll just tell you to email corporate. Corporate won’t refund you, they’ll just add a reward for free chips and guacamole to your account as if that solves the problem. My roommate is a vegetarian and just found chicken in his bowl. After countless experiences like this, and one even worse where I ordered ahead and paid online only to arrive for my pickup time slot to find the doors locked 20+ mins before closing time meanwhile the staff laughed at me from inside, I’m vowing to never order from this location again. What a joke. Shut it down.
