I adore Chipotle food. Burritos and tacos made in the Mexican style are plentiful there. The options are excellent and fresh. The servers do alter their portions. This restaurant offers online ordering for both takeout and seated dining. The dining room is generally well-kept. Additionally, there is a lot of parking at this plaza. Chipotle offers tasty, quick, and healthy meals.

These burritos need to be eaten with a spoon – very soupy. Even attempting to speed eat this immediately upon being made, things literally fell apart quickly given all of the liquid inside. Mental reminder: once a year visits to Chipotle might be too high frequency. Luckily for Chipotle, zero customers check out the reviews when deciding to come here or not; everyone knows what they’re getting into before stepping foot inside.

Don’t usually take time to review places but tonight I went into chipotle after a workout, and I was beyond frustrated. The staff was absolutely miserable and rude and did not listen to simple requests, I understand having a hard day but these workers literally treat customers like dirt. Your job isn’t that hard and you’re making above minimum wage – at least fake it. I asked for light beans and steak, and there was about 6 pieces of over cooked steak. I said just a tablespoon worth of sour cream and as u can see it’s a puddle. Absolutely disgusting and I will never go to chipotle again.

Great food , the staff looked miserable, no one was being greeted. Workers on the Sunday shift looked like they were very unpleasant and extremely slow. All the tables were very dirty and the trash was over flowing. I don’t know if the manager was working, but if so the small details make a huge difference for us consumers.

If your looking for reliability, keep looking. Of all things, their rice cooker was broken. Management should address this. Chipotle is falling behind on their standards in many of their branches. The service was kind and friendly, the tables were barely clean, still stained and sticky from the previous users. Floors are slightly stained. I walked out immediately mostly because I like rice when I get a chipotle bowl. Do with this as you will.

The workers are not paying attention when it comes to preparing food. I did mobile pick-up and I asked for Sofritas (plant based protein) in a bowl. They gave me CHICKEN, which I cannot eat. I did not open the box until I got home and it was a 20 min drive. I wasted the time I took to go and pick up my order. Safe to say I am not coming to this chipotle again.

Every single time I order food from here, the portion sizes are incredibly imbalanced. I got the chicken bowl, and to my disbelief, half the bowl was filled with rice and only around 5 small chicken pieces. and it’s disappointing. It feels like such a shame that companies like this would treat customers this way. I don’t expect an overflowing bowl of meat, but at least a balanced portion where I don’t feel cheated

I’m not expecting heaps of food, but the portion was pathetic for the $12 it cost. Takeout is supposed to be a nice way of paying someone else to do the cooking for you, but do yourself a favor and spend the twelve bucks at the grocery store and make your own. It’ll taste fine, take a half hour, and the guacamole won’t look like brown vomit.

The store was trashed had food and trash all over the table, guy didn’t even make eye contact, told us he couldn’t serve us because they don’t accept cash which is b.s. wed. Aug 30th @ 3:50ish pm. Great service and great for business wonder how much money they are costing the company by denying sales not to mention all the food looked like it has been sitting for a long time so I wasn’t upset when he said he couldn’t serve us to be honest
