If this is how you want your food to look then you’ll love it. Otherwise go to another chipotle location. Background, we ordered in the chipotle app at 5:05pm for 5:40pm pickup. Arrived at 5:45pm to pick up and waited until 6:01 before asking staff if it was ready. Was told “we haven’t started yet and I’m printing it now”. Manager slammed this together on trays and said have a great night. This is slop and half a portion that you’d normally receive. Happy I spent $34 on this!

I dont usually give reviews but it’s warranted this time. I ordered 2 bowls today with Door Dash delivery and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with your location. Both orders were wrong…I hate spicy corn and that was in my bowl. I had to throw away a $18 bowl cuz your employees can’t pay attention to what was ordered.

My husband just picked up a salad for me. They did not add the fresh tomato salsa, roasted chill-corn salsa, and the cheese. they only put the chicken, beans, and a very small amount of spinach. this is the last time i will spend my money with chipotle. i will not even serve a dog like that. they did not put any fork or napkin in the bag.

Bedford NH Chiptole. Terrible portion size. Absolute RIP OFF. The younger gentleman filled only half of one bowl, and the other I’d say barely 3/4. It literally looks like we ate it, but thats how much he gave us. Kinda sad when you spend $30 and get half of your portion size.. Service was fine and quick as it usually is in Chipotle. The atmosphere was somewhat cluttered. They were people scattered waiting for food near the cashier. Made for a claustrophobic experience. Certainly not going here again.

We have been to many chipolte restaurants and always have been satisfied. This was by far the dirtiest and unsanitary one I have ever seen . We were there at 130 and employees standing behind counter and No one came to clean up the tables and disgusting drink area. Also they had no lettuce and the food was lukewarm. would never go back to this location

This Chipotle has gone downhill fast. Food is 50/50 for the most part. it’s been good. The real problem is the staff. Poorly trained and lack of customer service. Managers are also just as bad. Portion size is a joke on top of everything. Basically forced to pay for a double serving, which is a single serving.

They didn’t have my order when I arrived, and it wasn’t in their system even though I had an order confirmation from that store location that the employees verified. We’ve had similar incidents here as well, but this was the first time we weren’t even in the system. Just as we predicted they were out of veggie fajitas. Even though they offered to start making our burritos 10 minutes after they were supposed to be ready for pick up, we chose to walk out. Which left us empty handed after driving 15 minutes out of our way. This location never has fajitas this is not an exaggeration, as 4/4 times I’ve been to this location they were out. I was told that is because their morning prep ran out and they didn’t have time to prep a new batch. Simple solution if you are always out at peak dinner time, maybe you should have a higher par for the veggie fajitas for the morning prep. This location has inept people running it. I’m so tired of Chipotle and this store specifically. I will spread the bad word of this location and Chipotle in general if anyone brings them up as a possible place to get food. I’m tired of the disrespectul service I always receive at this location . Do something about this location before you get more people who are done with your chain.

We placed an order for burrito bowls at Chipotle in Bedford, NH. However, we were taken aback when the bowls we received turned out to be only half-filled, lacking guacamole, and overly saucy. While it’s not uncommon to miss out on guacamole most of the time, experiencing this at Chipotle was quite unexpected.
