The food the was okay but cold. The rice was definitely undercooked (hard grains). This particular location was one of the dirtiest restaurants I have been in a while. Soft drink residue spilled all of the forks and knives so they were sticky. The floor had food and trash all over it. There was only one table that looked like it had been wiped during the day. The outside tables were better so we ate there. The workers were friendly, and since it was my first time, gave good suggestions on what to choose for my burrito. It’ll be the last time I go. I should have taken the family to Five Guys across the street.

My first thoughts where that this place had a nice atmosphere. I ordered my food and while it was being made an employee was temp testing the food. Great they are making sure that the food is being served at the correct temperature. But, they were just whipping the thermometer into a paper towel. Great! Cross contamination. I love it when the bean juice is all over the cheese. After my food was made i was waiting at the counter for around 5 minutes while several employees were sitting at the counter making themselves look busy. After they saw me they rang me up. The tables were dirty. I found a decently clean table, wasn’t all that clean. Sat down and my food was cold. Very disappointing. Chips were stale too. One of the taps on the soda fountain was broke. No forks.

Apparently this location just hires anybody. I waited for 30 minutes for an online order. There were at least 5 other people who were waiting for their doordash/online order for just as long. There were about 3 people who walked in for lunch, so you were NOT BUSY by any means. Keene Chipotle is the definition of “I get paid by the hour.”

Very clean! Very kind staff! Very understanding! Delicious food every time and the team they have is incredible. DoorDash completely ruined an order and caused system glitches and the team there was amazing and helpful and kind through the process. I won’t be using DoorDash to order anymore but I would recommend this chitpole over others I’ve experienced! Great food, Fast service, clean environment, and attentive staff all make it worth while!

All of the tables were pretty dirty and outside trash was overflowing. Good, polite service. The new chicken is really good. One of the egress doors was still locked.

Most disgusting And dirty chipotle ive ever been too we came at 11:45 am only 1 hr after opening. The floors were dirty like they havent been swept/ mopped in ages. The soda and fresh lemonades were out of service. The counter were you pay was dirty. Tables hadnt been cleaned since weve been here. Gross where is mgmt?

Whoever is the manager doesn’t do their job. They stop cooking at 5 or 6 pm when they don’t close til 10 pm. What a joke. I usually don’t write reviews but this is a pattern here. Also, the place is a mess and all of the employees stand around instead of cleaning. This place needs new management!
