The food is what you’d expect. And I’m proud of the high school boys who run the line and work in the back. But my god, this is the filthiest Chipotle ever! Every table is dirty! There is trash and just general filth everywhere! Now that makes me wonder about how the food is handled.

Do not dine at this location. I ordered via fast pickup lane thinking I could grab dinner for me and my SO on the way home. Ended up waiting over an hour, to see the line not move. They blamed a catering order. Even after being absolutely angry inside I still waited 30 more minutes to finally ask again where the hell my food was. They said “Oh we’re working on it now” indicating that they hadn’t even started looking at my order yet. It was TWO BURRITO BOWLS. Meanwhile I had to watch other people come in to the store without an already paid for order get their food quicker from the walk in line. After all of this, they gave my girlfriend steak which she can’t eat, instead of chicken, and didn’t put the 1/2 chicken in my order. They also said they were out of chips, again paid for already, mind you I had to take a step out of the store and look in my bag then walk BACK in and find out that yea they’re also out of chips. No manager to talk to in sight, if there was he was the one hiding in the back letting high schoolers take the fall while he chopped meat. Never been so unreasonably angry at a damn fast food place.

Absolute terrible experience in this chipotle. There was no line inside this establishment it was online order only. The staff their has no comprehension of what good service is. The portion size was absolute joke, almost 3 pieces of chicken and no scoops of beans. Ordered a burrito and it was put in a bowl. When going up to the employee, he was very disrespectful and made insulting comments. Manager hadn’t hit puberty yet, it’s like speaking with a child. Lot of high school drop outs at this joint, surprised they could get off their parents couch seeing as how lazy they are. Overall terrible, would recommend going into starvation before going to this establishment.

Walk in to order food at 11:30. Told you can only order on your phone. I’m standing in the restaurant and I can’t get service by a paid employee. Awful experience. Staff ignores you. Wrong decision to move to 100% digital, if that is the direction, close your lobby completely. Poor management.

I hope the store manager or owner reads reviews. The place was absolutely FILTHY. We arrived right after opening so no excuses. Floor disgusting, carpets nasty, handprints on glass throughout, a layer of dust in the drink machine, all the stainless appliances disgusting. I will never be back to this location. Imagine what the kitchen must be like?

Apparently the food is supposed to be warm or hot? Gone hear dozens of times before and only had warm food once, so this whole time I assumed it was normal. Proportions are all over the place. The one time I walked in it was filthy. Been given takeout multiple times with no utensils, almost always don’t get a drink if I order one. Overall, it feels like an adult setup the place and signed it’s business certifications with Chipotle by a high schooler parent to get them and their friends to work somewhere just to stay out of the house after school. Only come here if you’re very casually looking to eat somewhere.

6/15: First for everything. Our order was deplorable. Embarrassing. Bowls were cold, slopped into place (seriously, did someone whip them around their head for a minute?), and the tomato salsa weighed more than the rice and beans together. And, the side of guac was left out.
