Its only 8 pm, and they’re out of everything. The kid serving was incredibly rude and gave me a tiny bit of everything. The floor was dirty, and there was hair in the fork utensil cup. Trash everywhere. They had at least 6 people, one person taking orders, one ringing out, one 2 cooking. I’m not sure why the others couldn’t clean. It wasn’t busy at all. I love Chipotle, but I highly suggest going to South Portland or Portland instead. I’m not looking forward to summer when the tourists are out. This was our 4th visit, and the bf and I have had complaints every time. The time before this, we did the pick-up lane, and they made us drive around twice, saying it wasn’t ready. Made the order for 2pm and got it at 2:20. Get it together, Chipotle

Don’t bother coming here, they said everyone up for failure and experience. After a week of them being open was absolutely terrible… They served uncooked rice. It was literally crunchy, they were out of cheese, and they were out of guacamole. The interior was a mess. We tried to call to inform them of the uncooked rice after we got home and started eating it and there’s no way to get a hold of anybody because they don’t answer their phone. Definitely a waste of time and money.

Food and service of younger employees on the line was amazing! The floor manager (shorter brunette woman with glasses) was SCREAMING at her employees while he was asking us what we wanted in our bowls. Absolutely no professionalism, the poor employees on the line were berated by this woman. Myself and my partner included have worked in the food industry for 10+ years and not once have we thought about screaming at our employees while they’re with customers. It was horrendous. Thank you to the two younger employees on the line tonight (8/22/23, taller boy and a girl with red hair) for your professionalism in the situation and helping us tonight!

I love Chipotle but this is the 4th time since they’ve opened that I didn’t get my correct order. They’re always out of ingredients. Tonight I opened my chicken burrito bowl and they were out of chicken. I understand it’s a new establishment, but when you open a business, you should be more prepared. I hope that things get better for this location.

I was so excited when I heard that chipotle was opening in Saco. Unfortunately it has been a huge disappointment. I went inside today to find a woman who I believe to be the manager standing on the back counter. The dine in area was a mess. Food all over some of the tables and floor. Food all over the counter where you pay and the young man at the counter just standing there waiting to ring me in didn’t even attempt to clean it before bagging my food on top of it. As I was leaving there was a very strong smell of feces all the way out the door. This place is a dirty mismanaged mess and again I’m seriously disappointed. I will never step foot in that place again.

I waited until after a handful of visits before leaving a review because I wanted to give this place time to improve past their initial opening. However, this has not happened. Since they’ve opened, there has been nothing but issue after issue–always a sign on the door saying they are out of some ingredient or something else. Today, I placed an order online to pick up through the Chipotlane. I order everything and we go to pick it up. First, they forgot forks and napkins, so I have to pull in a spot and go inside and get it myself. Then, we get to where we are having our picnic, and my wife’s order is completely wrong. Like not even close. She had gotten a salad and fajita veggies in it, but neither was in there. The label on the bowl it was in clearly stated what it was supposed to be. If they were out of salad and fajita veggies, the app should not have allowed us to order it nor should we not have at least been informed when we got to the window. This place will not make it if it does not improve very soon. I have been perplexed at how a chain like Chipotle could execute a new opening so poorly and will definitely not be going back for a while–if they’re even still open in 6 months.

I went in to get food today it was good but the lack of professionalism is what bothers me. There was a kid at the register and his pants were coming down you could visibly see his undergarments. I’m not sure why his manager hasn’t addressed this but it is absolutely unacceptable especially when he was going out on the floor with children around him they could see it all. This person should have been dress coded today.

Not sure why this place opened but since day one this is the most filthy, rotten personality of the employees and most unprofessional store I have ever been to let alone the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. They haven’t had their famous vinegrette for instance since almost day one. All of the staff and management seem to have been hired out of a warp zone!!! I can’t give one star unfortunately!!! Have given this dump a try for the last time it won’t turn around!!!

Crazy busy but well managed. There were about 25 people ahead of us and they took our order in 12 minutes and we were eating in 15 minutes. The staff worked together like I’ve never seen and the food was plentiful and very good. I will go again this summer (tourist season) and not wait til fall when the crowds leave.
