Ordered a chicken bowl and chicken quesadilla via the Chipotle App. Ordered at 12:30 pm-ish for a 5 pm pick-up. I received a notification that my order was ready for pickup around 4:50 pm. As I was walking in, I noticed two signs. One stating that only correct change could be used and secondly that there was a supply issue for chicken. I walked to grab my order and saw them cooking meat on the grill. When I got home, both my meals were without chicken. The quesadilla was a 3/4 inch thick chunk of melted cheese and the chicken bowl had everything but chicken. The woman working there saw me pick up the order and said nothing.

Truly one of the worst chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. Whatever team was working their shift on 1/29/23 at 6:30pm are completely incompetent. They got both orders wrong that we ordered, put in the smallest amount of meat when we ordered double meat, and didn’t put guacamole on when that was on the order. It ended up being a 16 dollar burrito bowl that was half full. I will never be eating here and will make it my goal to discourage anyone I know to ever eat at this establishment ever again.

Went in about 45mins after they opened for the day. Absolutely DISGUSTING inside. Nothing was stocked, it looked like they just had lunch rush not just opened. ZERO customer service, I wasn’t even greeted at the counter when ordering food, I was never told my total at checkout. I ordered a veggie bowl. The beans are very undercooked, and it all taste very old.. never again will I come back.

I never give bad reviews, but this place should probably be at the attention of Chipotle corporate, and possibly Portland’s heath code department. Top to bottom – a disaster. Worth noting is that person who was working the register was trying to be helpful and do a good job, and it’s not their fault.

I thought the low reviews were probably unwarranted. They were not. They didn’t have any idea how to make the make your own tacos kids meal. In contrast to other reviews, they only appeared to be out of fruit for the kids meal so that’s better!

Takeout order placed online at 4:50pm for pickup at 5:10pm on 6/2/23. They charged my card for the order plus 10% tip. Arrived at the store and it was closed. Several other exasperated customers were wandering around the parking lot. This was a 40 minute round-trip waste of gas and time for me. I called Corporate the next day to get a refund. They complied and even offered me a coupon for a free drink to be used in the next 30 days.

Go to a different location. This one likes to close early without any notice and still allows full orders to be placed online. The result is getting skimpy orders of just whatever they have left. I understand that you might need to close early. But if this is a habit update your hours and shut down online ordering if you can’t fill orders!

Green haired girl at the register today seems like maybe customer service isn’t her thing. Third time she has acted like she’s doing us a favor ringing our purchase. Dining area is always dirty. Ice machine broken but thankfully got charged full price for lukewarm fountain soda.
