I purchased a chicken burrito bowl and my son got the chicken burrito. It was made just the way we wanted because we ate in. If people have had problems with take out there is a simple solution. Eat there in the restaurant. Covid is over. The atmosphere and service were great. I highly recommend this Chipotle.

I will start by saying, I appreciate the struggles for staff that many restaurants continue to struggle with. However, when you are only allowing for online orders and you quote 15 minutes, the quote time should accurately reflect the actual wait time. I placed an order at 5:18 for 5:30 pickup time. My food was not ready until 5:59. That is almost 3x times the quoted time. That is not acceptable. The diner should have accurate information to be able to make an informed decision. I showed up promptly at 5:30 to pick up my meal and proceeded to wait for 30 minutes along with many other diners trying to pick up their very delayed dinners. I have countless stories of these situations with Chipotle over the last year. I will no longer be ordering from Chipotle in South Burlington.

My cheese quesadilla was rolled up more like a burrito and the cheese wasn’t melted and was cold (with some added pieces of lettuce). I had gotten there a bit early and waited several minutes while the app notified me that the restaurant was running behind. They were also out of chips and it appeared very disorganized. I’ve been going to Chipotle for years in multiple states and it’s always been consistent. I have never received anything resembling this at any Chipotle.

Food is good from here, but there are shortened hours to close at 4 and most of the time they are out of basics, like white rice, beans, etc. Would be pretty cool if they stocked up on the essentials! Other than that would recommend.

The only negative I have about this location is the strict hours, other than that it’s great. I get the same thing every time I go and they always prepare it really well. The burrito I order always have a lot on it and the employees can always wrap it quickly even on the busiest of days.

Paid a lot of money for an inedible meal. The burrito was so cold that the queso congealed. Tried heating it, and it was just a mushy mess. Ordered a side of chips and guacamole, which was brown and tasted odd. For some reason, it was full of lettuce. I didn’t know that was an ingredient in guacamole. Very dissapointed.

Never in my life have I experienced chipotle locations more mismanaged than the ones in vermont. Why are they closed when the hours on their door say they are open as well as their hours online? Two days around 7pm in one week we’re they closed when they were scheduled to be open. Unfortunately the food is decent so like a toxic relationship I will keep trying to go back.
